Hello,me (german citizen, Indonesian resident) and my girlfriend (Indonesian citizen and resident with Schengen) would like to book an Eurail Pass. I tried through the website but when it asks for the billing address and passanger information I cannot insert or choose Indonesia for my address. Does anyone have a solution, or does anyone have the number of the service hotline (couldn’t find it anywhere). Note: I tried to contact support via E-Mail and facebook, no answer!Best Regs, Aaron and Sasmita :)

I bought seats from Munich to Firenze and from Garda to Munich but I never got any pdf with the reservation on the German train, any idea? Support is useless so far, no response at all.

I reserved seats for a ride I have in 3 days - got an invoice by mail but not the tickets.I was waiting with patience since yesterday but nothing happend. I requested help from the costumer service but still nothing. Any help?

Hello, I need some help regarding reservation. My friend and I have 2 different passes, when we add both of them for the same reservation to be seated next to each on the train, website always tells us tickets are not available, no matter what destination. However when i reserve the seat only for myself, it works. How can we solve this issue ?

Hello everyone.I bought a paper pass, but want to exchange it for a mobile pass. My paper pass is already valid, but not used yet. Does anyone know if it's still possible to get the exchange fee back if I exchange it?Thanks! Joni

Hello Guyys,So you can better understand my problem, a few Informations about my trip in advance: I have a global mobile pass for 7 days in a month and I want to visit multiple cities. But sadly I have a problem with understanding how to create a trip with the mobile pass in the railplaner app. I don´t quite understand whether I already have to decide in advance (before I activate the pass) which trains at which times I want to use. Or if I can still spontaneously decide this while I´m on my trip. For example I decide in the middle of the travel while staying in Rome that I would like to take the train on Day XY around Time XY to Bologne. Is such thing possible or am I not able to change anything about the trip meaning that I have to know exactly at which day and time I want to travel for my 7 days before activating the Pass.Thank you for your help. If I purchase my Eurail pass and upload the information to the Eurail app, is the paper ticket from Eurail required?We leave in 5 days, there simply isn't enough time to have the paper ticket mailed to us before we leave.Thanks Bob  

Because of Covid Germany is now a "orange" country.My trip to norway is now a problem.Is it possible to cancel my activated mobile pass and get the money back?regards, florian

Hi! Im on my trip and i need a train reservation from Vienna to Kraków for a night train. Unfortunately they require a paper ticket so IT will be hard for me to get it as i constantly change places. Right now im in Spain. I would love to ask you if there is a possibility to make that reservation here in Spain for example in Renfe ticket office. It is a OBB night train. Thank u in advance 

I reserved seats from Strasbourg to Paris for today and I did receive an invoice. I did not, however, receive tickets or seat reservations. Its not in my email nor my interrailaccount. I did pay the booking fee and the tickets. Is this normal for this train? Or how can I fix this?

Hello everyone! I just got a discount for a global pass for 10 days/ 2 months, but I have to buy the ticket by september. I can only use the pass from july 2022, so I wanted to ask: if I purchase the pass now, will I be able to use it for july and august or only in july? Does the 11 months limit refer to the beginning of the trip or the whole trip?Thank you!! 

Dear community, My girlfriend and myself bought mobile passes to make a trip together this September. However when trying to book overnight trains, we run into the error of not having a pass cover number and/or issuer. Following comments on this forum we dropped Interrail an email weeks ago, but have yet to receive any response. As we are intending to depart soon and don’t have the flexibility to arrive at certain destinations with any delay, we REALLY need these reservations. We were wondering whether you have suggestions how we can work around Interrail’s failure to provide a reliable mobile pass reservation service?  

Hi,We are traveling to Italy between October to 23rd to 29th 2021. Our Plan is1. 23 rd - Rome FCO Airport to Venice at around 1.30pm by trainthen from Venice to Florence at around 1pm on 25th and from Florence to Rome on 27th at noon…  so this will be 3 days pass right?? Please let us know…Hemant  

Hi,I would like to know how to book a seat reservation for the Eurocity train (EC57) from Berlin to Krakow. The Interrail planner tells me that reservation is mandatory. However, it does not seem to be possible to do this through their reservation tool.I also tried to reserve seats through the websites of DB or Polish Intercity trains, but I did not succeed.Anyone who has solved the issue?Thanks in advance!

Can’t seem to find out a way to see what trains leave Greece.  I can only book the Athens to THESSALONIKI train, then nothing from Thessaloniki. 

Hey you out there!I used half of my “travel days” for the first part of my trip. I had to come home in between for several things. Now I found the information that it is only possible to leave and enter your home country once. I would like to know if it is possible to buy an extra ticket to the borders and use my interrail pass afterwards again. May you tell me if I can do it this way? Regards, Anna-Maria :) 

Hello !My girlfriend and I bought an interrail pass in 2020 that we had to delay to 2021 due to Covid, during the exchange from our paperpass to the mobile pass our birthday dates has been switch by eurail (bug or mistake), so it's not correct anymore (the date were correct on the first paper pass).Our trip is starting in a few days (the 21) and the customer service seems to be really busy, is it possible to be in touch with someone by phone ? We are scared not to be able to travel because of this  Thank you,Maxime

The seat reservations are not showing into my account. We are departing on Saturday and the customer service responds extremely slow. I hope I can get in touch via this way. 

Good evening. So today i wanted to activate but i got the following error:“You must be 28 or under on your first travel day"I am born on the 28th of July in 1993 so i am 28. And wanted to start my journey on the 21st of August but i seems that I can’t. I am quite confused right now and a bit afraid that I can’t start my traveling. I bought an interrail global pass to travel. For some parts of my trip I need seat reservations.However I get faced with an error that blocks me from reserving my seat.It is specific for the train from Montpellier Saint-Roch to Brussels on September 18th, departure at 2:52 PM. When I try to add the seat reservation to the cart this error pops up: “WE CAN NOT MAKE YOUR RESERVATION. The train you found in the timetable has changed recently. Please choose another connection.”I’ve been trying to wait to see if it got solved over time. However it’s know the third day and it’s not solved
