Hi all! I am travelling in Genoa, Italy right now and hoping tomorrow to travel to Cinque Terre. We have to first catch a train from Genoa to Levanto and then travel to each of the 5 villages which we choose to visit. My question is, we don’t know how long we will stay at each village and therefore, cannot determine before tomorrow we what trains to book between each village on the inter rail planner app. Can someone please help me confirm whether it is possible to book trains (trains without requiring seat reservations of course) on your travel day or does it have to be booked before midnight of your travel day? I would imagine you can be spontaneous and book additional tickets on your travel day as long as it doesn’t require a seat reservation. Thanks heaps in advance :) 

Hi to everybody!I am getting crazy since 20 days trying to get help with a series of problems with interrail:I wanted to buy a ticket for my daughter, but when I did it, the payment procedure seemed not to work, there was no message of successful payment and I was receiving no confirmation email. Sometimes it happens with online payments, so I went on trying more than once. The next day I realized the payment had been taken 4 times from my bank account.I activate the procedure for having refunded 3 of the 4 tickets through my account on the Interrail website, but as I logged in again the next day to see if there was any news, I found out that the three requests for refund had disappeared from my account.Meanwhile, we are trying since 20 days to activate the 4th pass on the app and it does not work. We receive only automatic answers by the customer service, that do not help us further. The app version is the last one.I am getting really frustrated, since they took a lot of money from my

Hi everyone,I'm trying to book seats for a TGV with the Interrail reservation system. I've added my fellow traveler to my trip so that I could reserve 2 seats, but when I want to book, it says it's not available. Could anyone help me with it?

helloi have a global pass. when i select train Bern to Roma it writes your pass is not valid in some of these countries. i am residence of switzerland. Last week i used pass Switzerland to Germany without problem.when i choose Milano- Roma same error happens.

Hello all,i want to travel from Munich to Verona tomorrow morning (07:36 am). When I want to book a seat reservation they say there are plenty seats available, but when i continue the payment it is said, that the connection is not available anymore. What can I do now? Can I call somewhere?

 Hi guys I have two questions! First: Can I add a journey to my pass the day of the journey? Or does it need to happen way beforehand? Secondly: What happens if I miss a train - Can I just take the next one without any problems, if it‘s still on the same day? Thank you! Can I buy a pass now and make seat reservations without activating it?? (so that I don’t use up the days) To be a little more specific, my activation date would be August 27th, but it sounds like I need to make seat reservations before then. Additionally, are seat reservations refundable?Thanks!

Will a seat reservation booked on my computer transfer over to my phone and the Mobile Pass? 

If I want to utilize a free or discounted benefit like a lake cruise, will I need to use a travel day for that or is it available anytime during the one month time frame?Thanks!

When I want to make a seat reservation, it is said, that there are plenty seats available, but when I proceed the reservation it is said, that the connection is not available anymore :’( Furthermore I am surprised that the reservation only costs 0Euro + 2Euro Fee. Hello everyone,I would like to book a German interrail one country Pass. I saw that some international routes were included in the German Pass such as these following ones :"The German Rail Pass is valid on the following direct routes: Cologne (Köln Hbf) - Brussels (Bruxelles-Midi) Cologne (Köln Hbf) - Liège (Liège-Guillemins)"I would like to take my first train from Liège to Cologne right before getting to Frankfurt : would it work ? I don't know if the Pass includes just the route from Cologne to Liège or also the route from Liège to Cologne.Thank you very much in advance for your answer.

Hello,I want to use my interrail mobile Pass in Bosnia Herzegovina. The Interrail Website says this country is included. The problem is that in the Rail Planner App I can't add trips like Banja Luka to Sarajevo, because I can't select any bosnian train stations.

Traveling with 8 adults. All QR passes are on one IPhone. In case of emergency can I screen shot the QR code and textto my travelers and they use it for their global pass to board train?

I'm travelling from Paris to Girona, and my seats reservation that should have been sent by Interrail by regular mail twenty days ago have never arrived. I paid for them and Interraril is not answering my emails!!!!It’s a train that need seats reservation , what can I do?????I have never seen such a horrible service. Interrail cheats! Sells seat reservation and afterwords doesn’t take care if they arrived or not and lives you by your own.

Hello,we are facing problems to get to Madrid.We are leaving on Monday in Porto early in the morning and have to be in Madrid in the evening, because the next day we have to leave at 06:30 for Paris.We cannot book our reservation in person and when we call they say all the trains that day are fully booked.Is there a possibility we could still get a seat on the train from Ourense to Madrid or just try when we are there?thank you!

Hello, I am a german citizen traveling for a while in France now. Last minute I realise I need to go home for some days. To travel over Switzerland back to France. I am think of buying the interrail pass 4 travel days in a month. But since Germany is my home Country and I am only allowed to travel in and out once, I wonder if I am allowed to use my first journey from France as my “travel back” and my second journey to Switzerland as my “travel out”?Thanks for all helpSina 

Hi.I bought an Interrail Global PassI'm planning to go to Switserland but I don't know yet the exact route I want to take.Do I have to plan my whole journey before entering the first train?  Or is it possible to plan the trip during the journey?

How is the travel duration calculated exactly? I would like to use a two month pass and travel from 17.08 - 17.10. Does this work? Or does “two months” mean “8 weeks”?Thank you for your help!All the best

Please Help!My girlfriend and I are leaving on Wednesday from Hanover to Nizza via Mannheim - Paris Est. Thats an ICE and we have to have seat reservations. Unfortunatly it’s just not possible to reserve any seating on this connection. Not via the Interrail Website, nor via Deutsche Bahn. Why is that and how can i fix it?? Do i have to make a reservation by calling somewhere or what do i have to do?  Thanks for your help,Tom and Luisa
