Hi there, I bought two passes yesterday but mistakenly write the wrong information, so I submitted a refund request and it was approved, but  I haven’t received the refund yet, I am writing to check its status and also ask about the specific time.

I was planning to travel with my child from the UK to Belgium, Germany, France using 7 day passes but every Eurostar I check is sold out of seat reservations and ferries seem to be very expensive.Should I forget just forget travelling by train this July/August?Is there an easier way to check which Eurostar trains do have seats available instead of clicking each individual train departure?Our travel dates are flexible but we have to be able to get from and to the UK!Thanks in advance!

I’ve got my itinerary listed on My Trip but nothing on MyPass.   The instructions say go to My Trip and tap to add the journey to my pass.Can anyone tell me tap what? 

Hello,We've seen the changes to the Lesce-Stuttgart night train, but we wanted to know which replacement trains have been implemented and the associated schedules, as it's not at all clear. I don't understand which train we should take from Lesce to Jesenice and what the schedules are for these new trains, i.e., from Lesce to Jesenice, from Jesenice to Villach, and then from Villach to Schwarzach-St-Veit.The information we received was really insufficient. Please respond and provide us with the requested information, as we needed to book other trains later.We still want a refund for this train because the service really doesn't match the price paid, but we've been waiting for a response from the company for over a week.Sincerely,Louise Furet

Need to activate my pass like right now for June 25 I can’t wait until September how can I work around that 

Hello dear Community,We're traveling on July 19th/20th, 2025 from Switzerland via Munich - Hamburg - Copenhagen to Oslo.We've already booked our train seats with DB up to Copenhagen.Here's a question: Is a 21-minute transfer time in Hamburg enough for us? If the DB timetable information is correct, our train from Munich arrives on the same platform (06:42) from which the train to Copenhagen departs (07:03) (Platform 11). Is that possible? Would you recommend reserving the next train from Hamburg at 08:50 AM?What worries me a bit more is that DB shows "seats fully booked" for the Copenhagen - Lund connection. On SJ.se, our desired train from Lund is marked "Preliminary"! I can find the connection on all timetables, whether it's DB, SBB, or the Railplanner App.When will it be definitively confirmed that this train will run?Thank you for your knowledge, greetings Yasmin

I purchased a 5 day pass for my registered disabled son. Then i obtained a free carer pass for myself to accompany him. My problem is connecting the two passes to same trip so i can reserve adjacent seats on trains ( very important for my son ). The system only lets me reserve one at a time so no guarantee of adjoining seats . Any advice  ?

I’m having a difficult time figuring out if my route is affected on July 8th. I’m travelling from Genoa to Perugia. I have my trains listed belowGenoa to Milano Rogoredo, RV 3019 -7:50Milano Rogoredo to Firenze S.M.N FR 9311 -10:05Firenze S.M.N to Perugia RV 4077 - 12:14Are these trains affected? I’ve tried to look at the websites but I’m having a difficult time navigating. My brain is so fried from the heat here in southern France so I need a really simple dumbed down answer lol

Hi. It is my first time travelling with an EUR Rail pass. I would like to have a backup copy of the QR codes in paper, in case the mobile phone gets stolen. Would those copies be valid?

Hello ​@Eurail Community Moderator  I’m experiencing difficulties in booking reservations. On the website the trains I’m given in the app don’t show up so I’m unable to match the planning of the journey with the actual booking of reservations. This is making all more expensive as I find myself having to pay double on board. hope you can assist with this issue.all the best, Guido

Hello, I bought the 1th class interrail pass to avoid not to have to pay for the seat reservations but now it still shows that I would have to pay for it. How do I do the seat reservation without having to pay? kind regards, Miisa Koivula

Hi I am trying to travel from Narbonne (France) to Toledo in Spain and do not seem to be able to book with Eurail without it being incredibly complicated or very expensive.  I have tried HappyRail and Renfe and both seem very expensive with Renfe not accepting the Eurail discount.  Any help would be gratefully received.  Thank you.

I've bought my pass yesterday and I intend to use it from the 15.07.2025 but whe I try to reserve seats it says that I can't because my pass is activated by 2026. Why is that possible?

My first post. I have taken European trains many times, however they have been point to point. And the only pass I’ve had was 40 (!!!) years ago. I’ve read over several of these boards and don’t see what I need to know.I am traveling in December to the Christmas markets. We have Eurail Flex 10 days in 2 months. They are NOT activated. I have my pass linked in the app, not my husbands yet.. I have a trip named in My Trips. I have several trains picked out that I want to take. Here are  my questions: I need to copy and paste this trip to create one for my husband and if I need to add a train, it will need to be done twice, once for me and once for him. Correct?How do these trains get on my pass? I DO NOT have the toggle on the side of the train to add to pass. I don’t have any indication that a day is being used. This is the biggest question. Hi,I have a Eurail mobile pass and I’m trying to book train ALV 4186 (Bilbao-Abando to Madrid-Chamartín, 7:00 AM). However, it’s not available to book at all on the Eurail, RailEurope or Renfe websites:Eurail - ‘no price results were found...’RailEurope - the 7am service doesn’t appear at all Renfe website - error message saying in Spanish, ‘THIS TRAIN IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR SALE AT THIS TIME. WE APOLOGIZE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE.’I only want this 7am direct train as the other trains are inconvenient with changes, or arrive too late in the evening (10pm!)Thanks!

Hi,I’m trying to reserve a seat for a direct train from Genoa to Pisa using my Eurail Global Pass (mobile), but I can’t seem to book it on the Eurail website or app. The same ‘No price results were found’ message appears:Has anyone had this issue before? When I try to book a seat reservation for Paris to Brussels, the eurail app gives this message:No price results were found. Pass holder reservations may be sold out for this connection, but there are other ways to check for available seats—more info below our timetable.When I check the Eurostar website, there are tons of seats available.What do I need to do?

Hi,I had already made some seat reservations before I downloaded the interrail app on my phone. Now that I have downloaded the interrail app, I added the journey and want to connect the made seat reservations to the journey on the interrail app.  Is this possible?  Kind regards,Janne

Hi I wonder, I chose to purchase the internal pass 1st 10 days in 2 months in April but has now realized that I won't need that many days as some trips will be made with Flixbus etc. I would rather save some money and get the 5 day pass instead (rookie mistake I know). My first question is therefor is it possible overall to change your pass to another one and get the excess money back? Even if its an administrational fee. I don't think I activated my pass already.However, I already bought two seat reservations with my pass number (nice - Paris and Paris - London with Rail Europe). These reservations can be changed so they are flexible and semi flexible. Therefor I also wonder could I still exchange the pass if I already booked two reservations? Im a little lost and couldn't really figure out all the information online. I would be open to cancel the seat reservations and get new ones if that's an alternative. Hiis there a general problem with making reservations? I get an error when trying to pay that the “error is on our side”. Same problem on mobile and PC.

Hello there,We are planning a travel with a group of friends, and we're wondering what was the best way to proceed in our scenario.We are pretty much all living in different cities in the same country, and will therefore start out journeys with different itineraries.On our first day of travel we will then take different trains in the morning, then progressively gather in 2 different points until we all travel together for the 2nd half of the day. Then we will travel together for two weeks, and again progressively divide the group on our way back home in the last days.What would be the best way to proceed for seats booking ? We would like to seat together whenever possible for the common journey, but we are unsure how to do this with the limiting number of pass transfer between devices (only 1 time ?).Has someone experience with a similar travel ?Thanks in advance ! Edit : just to be precise, we need to book seats for the separate parts of the travel (first and last day of the journey)

I have bought a flexi pass for 10 days over 2 months .However the pass won’t let me activate it until the 1st of September in the app. Obviously not very  helpful since I’m in Spain now. 

Hi, I have the Interrail Global Pass and a seat reservation from Paris to Lyon Part Dieu.Now I realize that my train terminates at Lyon Perrache which is close to my hotel. If possible I like to stay on the train to Perrache. So my question is: would that be ok (the pass covers the full trip) or could there be a problem as the reservation is to Part Dieu only? 

Hi, so I was putting some seat reservations in my cart on the website and was using my 4 free credits. As I was browsing for more, it said that my old ones where expired and that I would have to remove them from my cart. Problem was that I actually couldn‘t remove them and it told me to try again later. So I tried again the next day and it still didn‘t work. Now I‘m stuck because I can‘t get my credits back and I somehow can‘t even book reservations with money because the other ones are still in my cart. Anybody have the same problem and know how to fix this?my trip is in a week and I don‘t know what to do.
