Hi,its a shame that interrail doesnt have a real support, just a bot which isnt really working for me, so here we go with my questions:I have a 1 month interrail pass with 4 trips (incl. 2 home country days)Berlin → Zermatt (Mo, 23.01.2023) Zermatt → Berlin (Fr, 27.01.) Berlin (or Hamburg, not sure yet) → Bordeaux (09.02.) Bordeaux → Berlin (14.02.)How can i use this pass in the best way?Like i was planning it right now its not possible, because i have 4 home country ride, correct?What do i do with the bordeaux rides? book a normal ticket for the DB from what station or until what station? Looking forward to hear from you and thank you for your help

Because i have the possibility to drive back from my first stop by car and then going Outbound again to another country. So can i use 2 Outbound trips?For example:My Home Country is Austria.Trip: Vienna → Berlin (then go back to Vienna by car) Trip: Vienna → Paris  Paris → Amsterdam Amsterdam → Bratislava (then go back to Vienna by Car)

I want to travel from Lancaster in the uk to Paris on the same day. I live in Lancaster, will this whole journey count as my one outbound journey from country of residence? 

Hello,me and my friends from Germany are planning to buy an interrail Ticket to travel through Europe. Am i understanding correctly that we are only allowed to drive one time out of Germany (our country of residence) and then back to germany at the time our Trip ends? If that is the case: Are we allowed to drive multiple times through Germany but only in Order to arrive to another locations? Germany is really central in Europe and in Order to get to some citys we have to drive through Germany again. I hope someone here can help us. Thank you for reading.

Hello, IC 147 (1300 departure) (Amsterdam to Berlin) train was cancelled today for which I had a seat reservation through Eurail. Thankfully they had another train at 1500 which I booked another reservation for on Eurail. However, I would like to get a refund for my 1300 train. When I attempted to cancel the reservation in my account (as per instructions on the website) it stated that I was entitled to no refund.  Anyone know how to request a refund when the train was cancelled? Thank you 

Hi I bought a pass 4 days within 1 month (flexi pass) only because I travel to Paris once every months. So the pass is free for my daughter (7years old). I travelled in January for 3 days alone. I went to London St Pancras to collect my ticket and I'm planning again to travel in February with my daughter.  My question is for how long this pass is available? And for how many trips? On my app it shows thisO/4 used travel days 0/2 used outbound/inbound Please could someone explain how this work? Also in  long term which pass I could buy because, as I said I do go to Paris every month. 

I have been reading articles on Seat 61, but still feel a bit confused about if 1st class Eurail pass holders can reserve seats in the premium coaches, have meals included, and also use the Sala Club Lounges in Spanish train stations before departure.Below is the screenshot from the article on Seat 61:We will take the train from Paris to Barcelona, Barcelona to Madrid, Madrid to Seville in separate days. We were wondering if we could use the Sala Lounges in both Barcelona Sants Station and Madrid Puerda De Atocha Station. If so, maybe we could book a slightly later train in the morning so we could spend some time and have some breakfast in the Sala Lounges.Thank you in advance :)

However I am still confused on whether a Eurail pass, swiss travel pass, saver pass, Italy pass etc. would be better or combinations of any of these or other passes you think is best for my travel (Paris, Switzerland, Italy, Greece). Hi, I bought a pass for 1 month in May and I tried to make some arrangements for my trip in September which appeared in the section “my trip” of Railplanner. However, I have never booked any tickets nor I have made the journey. Yet, now my pass seems to be expired as it said that it was activated the 31th August and ended on the 30th September. As I already said this never happened. What can I do?

I reserved seats and tryed online booking, but they told me I was unable to receive the ticket before the date of departure. So I guess offline booking at the station is my only option now. I would like to know if my reservations are safe till I pay at the station on the date of daparture.

What does 1 month mean? For ex. only in the month of August or from 20 August until 20 September? 

Hallo zusammen, ich würde gerne eine Reise über circa 24 Tage machen, meine Route wäre von Frankfurt (ich wohne in Karlsruhe) über das Mittelmeer bis nach Lissabon. Jetzt meine Frage, wie würdet ihr mir das empfehlen? Ich würde das ganze gerne im März machen, wäre es sinnvoll von Lissabon zurück zu fliegen? Hi,I have no seen a proper answer to my question. When a train says "reservation required" what does it exactly mean?Can I get the train without reservation and see if there is an empty seat? Or if the train is fully can I still take the train and stand in the wagon? Sorry but it's not clear at all what that really means. Because I've seen trains that specified "reservation required" and are not fully booked at all so in fact if you have the eurail pass you don't need the reservation because there are many empty seats.Do we really really need to do a reservation when it says "reservation required" or just qe need to select the train and show the QR code?I've two examples.1. London to Paris2. Paris to strasbourg (I know there are trains that has no sitting required specifications)Thank you in advance people.

We would like to do a day trip from Vienna to Bratislava with my first class interrail pass. I can see that no reservation is needed from Vienna to Bratislava. Is it also the case that we do not need a reservation to go from Bratislava to Vienna? This is probably a silly question but I’d like to be sure.

Hi I received the email for the delivery of the tickets, unfortunately itsays by 2/06 but as you can see the trip is indicated for March. Is itpossible to have either an email that allows us to make the trip or anadvance shipment of tickets?

Hi all, Recently I’ve bought the global pass to travel between London, Paris, Belgium and Amsterdam. It was nice buying the pass and through the app, I’ve selected the timing that’s desired and saved it. However, it stated that seats reservations are required but I’m not able to buy the seats reservations in the app. So i’ve headed over to Eurail website to try and book the seats reservations. But I couldn’t find the timing that i wanted on the website and when i choose another timing from the website and head back to the app, i can’t find the timing. So if i want the seats reservations, i’ve to book from the website but if i do, i can’t show the QR code as it’s a mobile pass and i can’t find the same timing on the web and the app.  Will appreciate if someone can tell me: Can i make my seats reservations only on the website? What happens if i can’t select the same timing on my app as the website as i’ll need the QR code to scan on the app so i assume that app timing and web timing shou

In the summer I want to go from Ljubljana to Italy (Florence and Rome). The railway map says this is possible and that I can go via Venice to Florence, and then to Rome. Unfortunately in the timetable it says there aren’t any trains to Florence and to Rome. I have tried multiple different cities to departure from but none work.

HiCan you still travel by interrail from London via Paris Zurich to Istanbul with a 15-day ticket? And how good is the Belgrade-Sofia connection? ..does this go directly? and in which trains do I have to make reservations? Does the train also stop in Ljubljana? and how about changing money does it all work locally in the respective countries?Thanks in advance if anyone can answer this.Maybe someone has already made this trip. 99% of Stations in Bulgaria do not show on the App Planner. Do you have to book at the Station ticket offices with your Global Pass? Thanks.
