My wife and I have purchased a Euro rail global pass. I was trying to  book a train from Bergen to Stockholm via Oslo. The platform sends me to Rail Ninja for the  portion of the trip Bergen-Oslo.Do I need tp pay this portion even though I have the global pass?Thank you

Hi all, My wife and I are planning to go to Italy to celebrate some holiday's. At the end of the trip I meet a couple of friends in Palermo to have a guys weekend. My wife will most likely go back home from Rome.We want to see nature instead of cities. One of the places we want to visit are the Dolomites. Does anyone has any expierence on how to come there by train? When I look on the website of interrail I can only select large cities. So, I'm not quite sure of it is possible to go to the Dolomites by train. It might be that I need to search in a different way.In total we have 12 days together and then I have a couple of days with friends. So we are not only going to the Dolomites, but we were also thinking about the black forest in Germany. Tips on how the get there would also be helpfull. Thank you for all the responses!

Who is still selling paper Eurailpasses? In particular Benelux and Rhine Pass.

Good day,  I am traveling on the NJ 469 train from Paris-Wein and I see on the itinerary that it briefly stops at several cities along the way. I assumed that a passenger is able to exit the train at any station and not ride it all the way to Vienna. Does the train actually stop and allow passengers to de-board?Thank you for any assistance you can provide.Best, Eric 

My husband and I are traveling November December. We have a 15 day in 2 month 1st class global pass. We plan London - Paris - interlaken - Florence - Rome - Venice - Salzburg - Budapest - Prague ( or maybe Venice - Budapest - Salzburg - Prague) - Berlin - Amsterdam - Brussels/Brugge - London. We are planning on spending 2 nights in each place not including London. I know this is very quick so I ask if anyone has any suggestions on how we can save time on travel ie maybe overnight trains just keeping in mind that we have only 15 travel days. As far as I can understand, website and app don’t work together so I would like to know if I can start making seat reservation (following the plan I’ve connected to the pass on the app) and later activate it, adding the ID and the date of departure. I’m asking this because I’ve linked the trip to my pass on the app, but I don’t see it on the website.Another question is the fact that I’d like to reserve seat also for my sister and I can add her as a traveler to my trip on the website, but again this is not visible on the app. So if I book the seats for both of us now, can we activate later separately the pass on the app?Thank you so much!

 I booked some seat reservations in September 12th , which cost 105euro. The fee was charged successfully but till now, I haven't received the ticket or confirmation via my email. Can you check it for me? I made two orders, the first order had issues as above, the second order was successful and had tickets delivered.

How long does it take for Eurail Customer service to provide Pass Cover Number for mobile pass?First time novice holidaying in France.  Bought 2 Eurail Mobile Pass hoping to use for the Paris - Avignon trip planned in late May.  I’m having problem reserving seats using the Eurail App or the Interrail.eu web site, or the RailEurope web site.There is just no price listed to proceed with the seat reservation.  See screen shot below from Eurail. In reading various posts in the forum, it appears having a Pass Cover Number may help to allow to reserve seats.  I emailed Eurail Customer Service some 2.5 days ago, also sent a request through this forum, for 2x PassCoverNumber for our 2x Mobile Pass, but so far, haven’t received any info from Eurail, apart from the (not helpful) generic acknowledgement email that “we’ve got your email”…If there is Eurail customer service rep on this forum who could provide me Pass Cover Number, that’d be good. thanks. I’ve already spent hours and hours reading b

Hi everyone,My bag with my passport got stolen on the Zurich-Ljubljana night train.I have contacted my embassy for an emergency passport to travel, but then the number on my passport won't match with the number on my global pass in the app.Will this be a big problem? And if so, how can I solve it? I have contacted customer support but haven't received an answer yet.Thanks in advance!

Hello,I have paid on the 5th of august reservation tickets from Barcelona to Lyon, departure 29th at 9h13. The tickets are on paper and not online. The payment is already from my account number, but I still have not received tickets. I also haven’t received an e-mail to confirm the booking, and it can not be found in my reservations on my interrail account. I want to contact interrail to receive conformation of the booking. And I want to change the address, because I am already traveling.    Who knows how I can contact interrail? Or other things I can do?Greetings,Kristoff

Hi there,I am trying to book a ticket for the superfast ferrie from Bari to Corfu. In order to get the discount I have to select the adult category 26-59, but I am only 20. When I select the young adults category I am not able to select the interrail pass by discounts. Does anybody know why? Or had the same problem? Should I just book the ticket under the adult category? I am just worried that I will have trouble when I board the ferrie because obviously my birthday date will be incorrect. I would be really grateful for some answers!Thank you, have a good Sunday

I have paid but i can not find the seat reservations online and i haven't received a paper ticket at my home as well. We are part way through our trip and currently in Vienna. We want to spend a day in Budapest 13/9. The app indicated that we would need to reserve seats but when I go through the link to reserve it says that no reservation is needed? Should we just turn up without reservations?Thanks   

Hello!My partner recently purchased a eurail travel pass through Klook.She purchased a pass for x2 adults (herself and me).Klook send a voucher with both of our details and passcodes.She download app and created a trip. She had no issue adding a traveller with her pass details but when we try to add another traveller with my details it say the details do not match..We made sure we picked the mobile tickets but still no luck. Any help would be appreciated thanks!

NEWBIE.I have read that the Railplanner app may not be up to date so i wondered if I get a reservation through Interrail or OBB etc  could I be 100% certain that the times on the reservation are correct.

I am currently travelling in Italy. My pass has been working fine up till now (I've been travelling for 2 weeks) As of today, when I try to display the QR code of the pass it will not open. Can anyone help?

My greatest fear in preparing for my 2 month Interrail journey with my wife is the loss of my phone which has both our passes on it.Suppose my phone is lost but I have 2 reservations for a train sent to me by email which I have forwarded to my wife and which we can show the conductor BUT I have NO PASSES/PHONE.Is there anything I could have saved by email ( forwarded to my wife) or screenshot (also forwarded to my wife) which would be accepted by the conductor?Finally how do I contact Interrail to get our passes transferred to my wifes phone. Can I ring them or twitter or whatsapp or email?Many thanks.

Hi everyone, My boyfriend and I are from Belgium and we bought a global pass to do two trips (4 travel days) in one month. We already went to Italy and back. We had to use our inbound and outbound trips because the app recognized it like that. Tomorrow we want to leave for France with a TGV and we already made the reservations. We don’t have an outbound/inbound journey left and I want to buy a ticket separately, but does this mean that I have to buy another ticket for the TGV until Paris? Because then we have to make an extra reservation on the train and that is quite expensive. Is there anyone with the same experience? Thanks a lot for your help! 

Newbie. Not used mobile pass yet.I have read Interrail APP train time is not always correct/uptodate.If I plan a trip say paris to berlin and then on day of trip i convert the trip to a journey (i’m not sure exactly how this is done but it seems i just hit a button on the trip to convert it??)  what happens if the interrail app has the train time wrong.How do i put in the correct time/train if the interrail app has NOT got those details.Many thanks for your patience.

-I have a Interrail One Country Pass Germany.-I am both resident in, and official citizen of The Netherlands.I want to plan a trip from Hengelo (NL) To Berlin (GE) on September 14th. But when I try to make a ticket with the app’s QR slider button, it says “Your pass isn’t valid in some of these countries”How can I solve this issue? I’ve read you should be able to travel in your home country. My ID number which i entered in the app is from The Netherlands.The only clue I have is that the ID number is blank on the Order overview of the website. I haven’t found an option to add this, but my ID number DOES show up in the mobile app when i go to my pass details.Also, I logged in on the website with my Google account on which I bought the pass. I couldn’t log in with google at community.eurail.com so im here with my Facebook account. Might be relevant.No ID number mentioned on website

Hi all,I am going to Italy for the first time in my life and I want to take train from Rome to Milan on the morning of 8 Oct. I have checked on thetrainline.com and I saw from the government website (http://scioperi.mit.gov.it/mit2/public/scioperi)There is a locale strike on 7 Oct 21.01 to 8 Oct 21.00 but it seems that I can still make reservation under Eurail.Does anyone know how would it affect the train schedule from Rome to Milan? Or it is meaning that train will not arrive Milan on 8 Oct? Thanks so much in advance as I really have not much idea about Italy’s transport system.

If travelling as a couple is it easier to have both mobile passes on 1 phone or would you advise 1 on each?  I know it's not possible to have them both on 2 phones as back up unfortunately.  What problems have other couples travelling together encountered? Any advice gratefully accepted.
