I want to make a seat reservation for the train from Split to Zagreb on 16 Aug with my interrail ticket. Unfortunately, It is nog possible to make this reservation in the Interrail app. I tried doing this via the ÖBB but then there is nothing available. But when i try to do this on the website of HZPP i can still book two tickets and i see there are a lot of seats available (but then i need to pay for the ticket ass well, it is not  possible to make a seat reservation only). Can anyone maybe help? Thanks!

I am planning my first Interrail trip and am currently booking a ferry. There is a 30% discount for Interrailpass users. Condition is that the passport is shown when entering the ferry. Can I just show my Interrail app that has my mobile pass on it or how is that handled?" 

I have a ticketing and customer service issue - essentially, I was double charged for tickets. I have been trying to contact Eurail since March (over 20 emails and messages as of today - and all I ever receive are automated responses.  This is incredibly poor customer service.  I have tried email, Facebook, Facebook messenger, etc, all with the same lack of response. Is there any way I can reach a human being? Hello :)I bought a ticket from Lyon (France) to Barcelona (Spain). For this reservation there is no e-ticket, so I need the paper ticket. Unfortunately I made a mistake in my address so the ticket could not be sent to me. What can I do now? Best regardsJohanna 

Hi,On the app, I entered a start date of 15 August. I now prefer to start on the 14 August but I don’t see the option to cancel (as stated in the FAQs). I then added a journey on the 14 August (accepted) but the trip first day is still showing 15 August. I’m also not convinced that my trip as defined is lnked to my pass. Both are showing on the app.Any advice welcome.John  

Hi all,I am using the Interrail Ticket for the first time. I bought the Interrail-France-Pass with 4 days of travel and I am living in Germany. I am planning on crossing the border at Saarbrücken. How does this actually work. I planning on getting a ticket with Deutsche Bahn to Saarbrücken. Can I then use the Interrail Ticket from Saarbrücken?Thanks for your advice.Martin

I am using the b-europe website to book several train trips.  There are three people in my party, and we all have the global eurail pass, and have activated our passes in the rail app.  When I choose an interinary using b-europe, it is not using our passes to reduce the price of each reservation.  I DO NOT SEE a place to enter our pass numbers.  My question is:  WHERE DO I ENTER OUR EURAIL PASS INFORMATION INTO THE B-EUROPE WEBSITE so that it accounts for the fact that we have the pass? I’m have spent 6-7 hours each day this week trying to get this to work.  I’m hoping someone can offer me a very step by step guided tutorial on where I enter our pass info.  I have a profile created for each of the people in my party and see several other options for pass numbers to be entered (Eurostar, Thaylus, etc) but nowhere to enter the info on our eurail passes.  HELP!

hi, yesterday my train was canceled from brussels to frankfurt,  i m not able to find a way to have a refund for seat reservation as I ve made it from the eurail website , do you know how to do it ?and can I ask for a compensation as I was obliged to take 5 trains from brussels to frankfurt ?

Does anybody have any idea what is going on, or how I can get around this problem, please?On 19 Oct I want to use my Eurail pass on the direct train from Naples to Taormina which goes on the ferry.  Looking on the Trenitalia and the Raileurope.com websites I see this is Intercity 723 departing at 0950, and it has seats available.   But when I look on Eurail.com this train is not shown, and the only options offered are non direct services such as the 0915 and 1050, where you have to get off the train and take the ferry as a foot passenger.So why is Intercity 723 not offered as an option by Eurail.com?   And is there some other way I can make a reservation for this train without buying a ticket: sites like Trenitalia only seem to sell reservations with tickets?I do hope somebody in the community has come across this problem before and found a way around it.  Any help is appreciated.Trenitalia offers 0915 direct trainEurail.com does not offer any direct trains

I going to travel to several countries on my Europe trip in October (Netherlands, France, Germany, Czech Republic) but will also be traveling within cities while there.  Specifically, while in the Netherlands, I will be traveling frequently between The Hague and other cities such as Haarlem, Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Groningen, etc. and within cities.  Will my Eurail pass work for all of these trains?  Also, when reading some of the posts, there were comments that the pass may not be the cheapest route if you have your itinerary set.  Can you explain this reasoning? 

I will be retrun to Korea on October 9th.So when do you usually get the refund fee into my bank account?

I am flying to Europe in a few days and I just learned that I cannot activate my Eurail pass because it was already activated on my old phone, which I no longer own. I have already contacted customer service twice and I haven't heard anything yet...please help me

Hi there The netherlands is my country of residence and I have re entered it by car instead of train so now I still have one inbound journey left. Can I use this journey to make a day trip to antwerp? So can I add two journey to my pass? This would be:Rotterdam- AntwerpAntwerp- EindhovenThanks in advance!

Hi,so as we have planned our tour, we are going to travel also from Lulea to Helsinky. We found a train Lulea → Haparanda and then Tornio Itainen → Helsinki. On a map we can see, that Haparanda station and Tornio Itainen station is about one hour walk? Does anybody performed this trip? Is it easy to cross the border? Or is it even possible? I was looking on different maps and it looks like it is pretty easy (e.g. as crossing the borders from Czechia to Slovakia, you just walk :D). So I am just making sure, that its pretty easy and you just walk and you are in Finland.Thanks for your help

Does anyone know whay I cannot find full timetables on the Railplanner app, DB or OBB for tains in Italy? For instance I am trying to reserve a seat from Ravenna to Jesi on the 18th September. The three sources above list only one train per day at 06:15 but the Trenitalia website shows one train every hour. From other posts I gather it is not possible to reserve with Trenitalia.I had a similar issue with trains from Bologna to Ravenna. In that case I added a trip manually but no QR code appears and I do not know how to make the reservation or if I need one. Does showing your pass without a QR code work on any trains? 

Hi there, I was just about top purchase an Interrail Pass when I got to details of proving your residence. As a Polish citizen, I live in the UK with a settled status. My only ID documents (passport/ID) card have been issued in Poland. The only document issued by UK government proving my settled status is essentially an electronic letter. I read in T&C document that electronic proof of residency is not accepted on Interrail. Should I purchase the pass stating that I am a UK resident? Any advise would be appreciated!Magdalena

I am trying to book a train from Hamburg to Copenhagen on August 13th. There is a direct train at 10:49 with seats available to reserve but when finishing the booking and error of cannot book leg shows up. How is this possible with only one leg?

Hi. I travelled from Copenhagen to Berlin, and from there to Italy. Now that I am returning to Copenhagen, it says I have no more inbound / outbound journeys left. I am confused as I have only left Copenhagen to Berlin, which did not cross days (10:56-18:20 travel time).now I am unable to claim my home ticket, as I can’t even see the second in/out in my planner.   

When you have different travel dates in My Trip, trying to show a ticket always shows the date and details for the first travel day whatever travel date you choose from My Trip? Is this just the way it works and the tickets and details for the next travel date will appear once the first date is history?

Hi,I’m trying to add a seat reservation for Sunday Sept 18th, but after adding them to the cart the date changes in the cart to Monday Sept 19th. Is there a bug in the system? I also tried adding other dates and they are also shifted by 1 calendar date.

Hello, I want to reserve a ticket. When I go to the website and want to add myself as a traveler, an error comes up. The problem is that my name has an ä and the passport does not have this letter. There is only a strange question mark, which is probably an error message. But I can't register there and actually I wanted to continue driving it on Friday. Does anyone have tips what I can do?
