Hi, I would buy a 4 days in one month pass but I have a doubt: I wouldn’t pass nights in these cities so I’d go somewhere and the same day I’d go back home. Could I go to 4 cities taking 8 trains (milano-home; napoli-home…) or have I to visit 2 cities taking four trains overall? thank you all in advance :)

Is the monthly pass valid for a calendar month? So if we activate our one month pass to start travel tomorrow 5th Sept, is our last travel day 4th October - 30 days? But if travelling in October, we'd have 31 days? Is that how it works?

Hello. My partner and I are traveling to Europe in a few weeks and we are wondering if the global pass is best purchased before arriving in Europe or if it is the same price buying it once we get there?

We have a Global First Class Pass, but due to a misunderstanding, we’ve only got standard class seat reservations on some of our trains.Is it possible to upgrade the seat reservations to the first class / premier seats?

I am using the Eurail app and looking at trains from Stresa, Italy to Milan. All of the trips I am seeing in the app are about 2 hours (1:42, 2:31, 2:41, 2:38, 2:41) and many of them involve buses. In fact, the shortest trip is all on bus. I tried several different days and they are all long trips. I have personally taken the train several times as recently as 1 year ago, and know its under 1 hour, maybe even 0:50. Its the same train ride from Domodossola through Stresa down to Milan.  Is the app having problems, or are the train tracks out of commission? Last year, a track was under construction in France for a few weeks. I don’t know how to find that in Italy. 

I have a mobile pass and am trying to book a high speed train but it wont let me. I am trying to book Brussels to Paris and there is only 1 train left for Saturday. Please help!

I reside in Canada and will be travelling to Europe with family on October 2nd on 7 day euro rail global pass. I have two questions. is mobile pass sufficient to travel to multiple destinations? how do I also request paper passes? (as backup just in case there are issues with mobile pass)  How can I change the DOB for one of the travelers. I tried changing it through my account but when I click edit, it is greyed out.

This was my itineraryBrussels to Cologne - Thalys 9471 - 19:25 - 21:15 Cologne to Zurich - OBB nightjet NJ403 - 23:42 - 8:05There is a flood at Cologne Hbf apparently which means no trains are calling there. That’s ok, I can reroute via Aachen to get to Cologne.However apparently due to a strike by the Dutch railway, the nightjet Amsterdam - Zurich is starting at Frankfurt (I think). Which I don’t seem to be able to get to in time to catch it up.I’ve tried calling the OBB helpline on +43 (0)5 1717 but it says number not recognised from my UK phone.I’m not sure what to do to get to Zurich for tomorrow morning, if it’s possible. Is anyone able to work it out? Or at least confirm exactly where the sleeper is starting from at what time.

Hi!I have been travelling on interrail passes a few times and I'm still left with questions at times. I am currently living in Germany and I would like to travel to the UK and travel around England. I would like to take the train to the UK - preferably via Paris and the Eurostar. What kind of interrail pass will I need? Do I need a global pass or is a one country pass sufficient? Will the one country pass allow me to travel from Germany to the UK in one day?Many thanks for your help and I look forward to hearing from you,Sarah 

My daughter is travelling Europe at the moment and she can’t access some of the QR codes in the app for trains she’s travelling on and is having to buy new tickets that the pass should cover. She has the latest version on the app. This is frustrating and stressful for her. What can she do to fix this please?

Hello everyone, I am facing a problem regarding my journey back to my hometown. I’ve chosen a night train, which arrives at 9:50 in the morning in Munich. For that journey the mobile global pass took one In/Outbound journey, which is absolutely fine. But after that I need to get from Munich to my hometown, which is far away in the north of Germany. When I try to active any more journeys on that day, I get the notification window, that I’ve have used all my In/Outbound journeys, but it is still a travel day for me or am I wrong? It would be so nice, if someone can help me with this problem. I am travelling from Bordeaux st Jean to Arcachon- a journey which is included with your interrail pass- yet I was charged €50 for a train ticket. When trying to explain and show my pass/booked journey the conductor had no time to listen. What do I do?

Hi,I lost my mobile pass, and following the answers from the other questions, I contacted customer service of Interrail.I have already contacted Interrail Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and also opened an issue, but nobody has answered me yet and not even an automatic email has arrived. Hi all, Curious if any of you had experiences using Eurostar reservations for a different date than reserved date? I wanted to buy a new one, but it is now sold out for ALL departure times. Any tips? Do you think I would get in trouble? Cheers.

Hi there,I have a mobile pass, I was trying to get some discount code in the “benefits” section, but when I enter my code it says it is invalid. I tried with differnt services and it is alway like that, is it because the pass is mobile and not a paper one?Did anyone have the same problem? Thank you all!

I took a ticket for the Rome-Munich route with a change in Bolzano through the Rail Planner App. The Bolzano-Munich train is the EuroCity Brenner 86 which leaves at 12.34 on August 1st. The only problem is that no seats are available on this train. Can I reserve a seat on the EuroCity Brenner at 2.34pm instead even though it says 12.34 on my ticket?

Hello, I hope someone can help me. If I try to make a seat reservation on the interrail website , always they said that's isn't possible. Is it possible to do it in the CFR app or website? I hope somebody can help me.  

I’ve found the train and connection I need. However, when I change the Type of Seat from Seat to Couchette (or Sleeper) Interrail/Eurrail is no longer listed as an available discount. How do I book a couchette (or sleeper) with my Global Interrail pass?Thank You

I really need help quick because I will be travelling very soon and I paid for 3 seat reservations on the route Bruxelles midi- Paris Nord and it said I should get a confirmation mail in 30 minutes but I did not receive anything. However I placed 3 more orders after this one and got all the tickets immediately so it is not a problem of payment or on my side. the customer service is not responding for 2 weeks and I really do not want to pay again ...

If I buy a Euro-Rail pass, can I travel on any train without any additional costs from London to Paris, Paris to Venice, and then return, Venice to Paris to London?  Thank you!

hi guysCan I use a night train on outband day?It hasn t change during the run but it will  cross the border after 24:00As I understand the night travel count as 1 day. Is the same rule apllied on outbound/inbound ?Thanks in advance
