Dear CommunityI tried to contact support weeks ago, but didn't get an answer. I still have the ticket for Mai/June 2020 (startcountry austria) and I want to get personal contact and also an insurance, for sending my ticket to the interrail office for exchange. Is there any possibility to speed up the process?Tanks for an help! 

Hi all,On the app, I entered a start date of 15 August. I now prefer to start on the 14 August but I don’t see the option to cancel.On the FAQs, it says - Go to your Pass in My Pass and tap 'Cancel travel day'.I don’t see that option so I then added a journey on the 14 August (accepted by the app) but the trip first day is still showing 15 August. I’m also not convinced that my trip as defined is lnked to my pass. Both are showing on the app.Any advice welcome. Apologies for posting in two places. John

Hi, I have a question about using a train from VY from Sweden to Norway. The following train is not shown in the Railplanner app, but it does appear on the Swedish (and Norwegian) railways site VY:R20 from Gothenburg to Oslo on 20.9.22 from 10:15 to 13:51https://www.vy.no/en /booking/customize?orderId=f6736cd8-50f4-4672-8072-057d2c1979bcIn the Railplanner App there are just trains with a change in Kil. These connections are not displayed to me on the VY website due to construction work.Can I use the train with an Interrail ticket or do I have to buy a extra ticket?  Thanks for your help.  

I’m on a train atmfrom Amsterdam to Brussels midi, and have 39mins to make the eurail, train to London from Brussels. The Trainline app tells my 45mins when I check in FAQs it says 30mins the gate closes?’!?!? good info given before I make a payment for an un refundable ticket 

Hallo allemaal, Aankomende vrijdag wil ik met de trein van Den Bosch naar Berlin hbf reizen. De planner geeft aan dat de prijzen voor de trein tussen Hannover hbf en Berlin hbf niet beschikbaar zijn. Er staat: ‘als er geen zitplaatsen voor Pashouders meer beschikbaar zijn, moet je een apart ticket voor het volle tarief kopen om mee te mogen reizen’. Echter staat daarboven in het groen weergegeven: ‘je bent klaar om in te stappen’.Mijn vraag is of ik alsnog met deze trein mee kan reizen, zonder zitplaatsreservering? Of dat ik een andere trein moet nemen? 

Hi,Few weeks back I reserved seats for a train from Paris to Geneva via eurail. The rail company is SNCF. The train ride is starting from 2:16PM and finishing at 5:29PM.Then after few days, I received an email response from SNCF that they they had to modify the trip. The modified train ride is starting from 2:16PM and finishing at 5:46PM. The train number has not changed.So it is only a change of the arrival time of the same train. The email sent by SNCF includes “please make sure to refresh it in your app or re-print it.”. From eurail account, I still see the old seat reservation. Can someone help me if I keep using my existing seat reservation OR how can I generate the new seat reservation?

Hi, as written in the title, I tried booking Seat Reservations for me and my friends (all Global Pass in paper form). Besides the extremly long loading times on the Interrail.com reservation page, I was most of the time unable to book any trains as all of them were labeled as “Prices temporarily unavailable.” Does this mean these trains are simply fully booked (at least for Interrail travellers) or is this just an extremely annoying bug of the website. Jamus

Is it possible to use the Self Help kiosks for Eurail passes? We just went through every option on a machine in Madrid and it wouldn’t recognize the pass. 

Hi! I am planning a trip for later this month and looking to organize my EuRail pass. I have created my Trip in the app, linked my pass, but when I go online to make reservations (as I understand, you can not do this in the app), I don’t see my trip listed.Do I need to make completely different trips for online and app? Just don’t want to mess it up, so any assistance is appreciated.

Hi I requested a caregiver pass because my son has a Interrail pass and has a disability which has been accepted, but interrail are requesting the 'Original order number' which they say starts with IN or EU followed by 8 digits. I can't find such details anywhere so can someone direct me to the right place please. The only number that comes close is his Pass Cover number which starts with 'I' followed by 8 digits, is this the 'original order number' that Interrail are requesting? 

I just made reservations for 2 Eurostar trains through Eurail.  I received the confirmation email and it said to go the Eurostar website and enter the PNR codes to access my reservations there.  When I do that it says that the PNR codes are not found.  I’ve emailed both Eurostar and Eurail to find out why this could be.  I understand that it is taking a long time to receive an answer.  Has anyone had the same situation?  Thanks!

On my partner’s iPhone, the journey map on My Trip / View on map shows the correct journey routes, but added a line back to the starting station, although this is not a planned journey. Deleting or creating a new Trip did not solve this - any way to remove this additional line? 

Hi. is the highspeed 4 ferry (for example from piraeus to paros at 7.25) also included in the pass? We have 2nd class as this matters.  thank you

How do I activate my greek islands eurail pass?  I ordered it and it got delivered. I will be making online reservations on bluestar and hellenic online.  Do I just collect my tickets at the bluestar and hellenic counters and show them the pass there?  Please guide 

Hello!I bought a Eurail Global Mobile pass recently, and the pass will start on 9/6.I am trying to book seat reservations from PARIS NORD (France) to LONDON ST PANCRAS INTL (United Kingdom) in 9/10, but can’t get through the booking as the “Continue to traveler details” button does not work. HelloI wonder if the train ticket from Athens(Piraeus) to Patras is included in the 6 days pass, as well as the tickets from Patras to Piraeus.   Is it a round trip train tickets from Patras to Piraeus included in the 6 days pass? thank you!

I recently got a new phone for our upcoming trip to Italy. Same number just different phone. I arrive in Italy in 3 days (9/6) and need to be able to access my pass. I am able to log in and see the confirmation of the order but am not sure if this is good enough to travel with? It states it cannot add my pass to my mobile device via the app because it was previously on my old phone. 

Hi, I am regretting I did not buy 2 months since it was only 20 euros more when I bought. I am wondering if it is still possible to change this 1 month continuous pass for 2 months continuos pass.. Or I would just have to buy a new pass after this time ends? 

Hi everyone, I am starting to plan my interrail trip and I saw that the pass offers some benefits for hostel reservations, such a 10% disocunt at the Ruthensteiner hostel in Vienna if the reservation is made through famoushostels.com. However, the Ruthensteiner hostel is not part of this website’s offers so I dont ‘understand how I am supposed to get this offer.Thanks in advance 

Apologies, complete interrail amateur here. We are in the UK from Australia.  We wish to travel from London to Brussels on the 14th September. Then from Brussels to Stuttgart. Stuttgart to Bern. Bern to Chamonix. Chamonix to Paris. All within a month.  Would a 5/7 day rail pass be suitable for us?  Main concern is buying one and not being able to book onto a train from London to Brussels on the 14th. Is there anyway to check in advance of purchasing?   Thanks for any help 

Hi!I’m going from Stockholm to Hamburg. Then I’ll take a new train from Hamburg to Paris. Continue after a few days in Paris to Montpellier. Do I create a new trip for each part, or do I add the following parts to my original trip? How does it work? I mean can I connect many trips to my global pass, or can I just have one trip connected? Stefan

Hi, anyone who has recently gone on the overnight train from Budapest to Bucharest, are there any catering facilities at all on board-Anywhere to buy snacks/drinks, etc. Thanks!
