Purchased paper ticket 25 April 2022. Checking account daily it says “ fulfillment in progress”and under tracking code it says “ not available” I have email EuRail 3 times, no response.Anyone have idea on how to get tracking number? Thank you,Don in Seattle

Am having trouble booking reservations from Paris to London. Need pass cover number in order to book reservations. Am unable to change dates as all hotels are booked.  any way to get pass cover number?

Hello,I want to travel starting from Norway to my home country Germany. Do anybody know if I could use my travel days in the home country 2 days in a row since I didn’t had one going out from Germany? Or does it have to be at the start and the end of the journey?Thanks in advance for your help!!

Is it possible to make this reservation at the station? And how much does it normally cost. I know it says from 10€ but does it usually cost a lot more than this? 

Hello,I too am trying to book on b-europe.com but don’t have a pass cover number for my mobile eurail pass.I understand that eurail is - like everyone else! - struggling with staffing issues and high demand.But it’s been two days since I sent a message… I’m starting to get anxious that I won’t be able to reserve seats when it’s so tantalizingly close.Could anyone monitoring the board could please give me advice?Many thanks,Dave

Hello, Yesterday I ordered for me and my friends ticket for two trains in Italy. In the order there was reservation for second class seats. But today when I look closer there is written that we have first class seats. Our pass is only valid in second class. Does that mean that we can’t board this trains ? 

I am traveling from Bristol to Paris via EuroStar but the rail planner only gives a 90 minute transfer from London Paddington to my train at St Pancras.  How can I book on a later Eurostar to allow a longer check in? thank you Peter

I am in USA and want to make a train reservation for a part of my trip. By time I get to Spain the train will probably be full or have no Eurail seats left. I see that I cannot make the reservation from the Eurail website or app. I saw somewhere that I can reserve directly with TGV using a cover pass number but when I go to the TGV website I don’t see how to do that. Has anyone done this?

HiI’ve got a journey planned soon and I’m still scratching my head about how the inbound/outbound section works. I live in England and will be travelling to London to catch the euro. I need to swap stations in London. Is it ok to have both trains listed on my app (Hometown-Euston & St Pancras-Paris) or am I best using the planner to find the route that goes from Hometown to Paris, showing a change?Also, on the return journey we are having to stay a night in London due to missing the last train to my hometown. Am I right in saying I won’t be able to use my pass the following day as I’ve already used the inbound ticket to get to London?Hope all that makes sense

I bought a youth pass in 2020, that I couldn’t use until 2021. As I’m now 28, I’m not eligible to use the youth pass, how can I upgrade this to an adult pass?

Hello,I paid my one-month global pass on the 11th of May at 06:48 via PayPal. The transaction was successful. But Till now, I did not receive any mail or any ticket. My money is instead book from my account. I am planing to travel on Thursday this week. And till a week I am trying to reach someone to speak to from customer service. Instead, I only find the option with the chatbot and mail address. Also, there one answered my question or helped me with my pass.Does anyone have a direct line/telefonnummber to solve the problem asap

Is it possible to download your pass as a pdf-file instead of a paper or mobile pass, so that the train conductor can verify it from your laptop screen without an issue? 

Hey! I have an Interrail global pass for two months. My home country is Germany and I’m planning to do one trip around Italy, come back home for a while and then to another trip around Europe. My question is: will I still be able to travel after the first trip? (since my outbound/inbound journeys will be used already) For example could I buy a ticket to the border and the use my interrail pass from there? Or does my pass “expire” with my 2 used outbound/inbound journeys?thank you so much! :)

I have purchased a 1 month 3 day interrail pass for mysefl, wife and 2 children to use on our trip to France in the summer. We need to travel from Paris to Bordeaux for a week and then return just over a week later. If I try and reserve seats on the trains between Paris and Bordeaux on the Eurail website it is telling me that none are available. It says prices are not available and that passholder seats could be sold out. I can see through travel.b-europe that there are reservations on trains that I would like to travel on but that seems to only allow booking for Paper passes and I have mobile passes. I’ve tried contacting support through email but have not had a response yet and it’s been over a week. Are there any other ways to book these reservations? We have limited flexibility so I don’t want reservations to sell out on the trains we want to go on. Anyone got any ideas?

We called the call centre in Athens (number from the flyer +30 210 8919800), they told us we need a certain number that verifies our Greek island pass. Where can I find this number? Hi,I don’t quiet understand how the travelling days are counted.I’ll try to explain.Let’s say I’m in Paris, and want to go to Milano for 5 nights, then Verona for 2 nights, then Roma, again 5 nights, Genova, for another 5 nights, and go back to Paris.So Paris => Milano => Verona => Roma => Genova => Paris. I would be taking the train 5 times, so I could take the “5 days within a month” pass.But, when I use the tripplaner here https://www.interrail.eu/en/tripplanner-map , it seems than I can’t have access to this pass, since it is noted that I would need 9 days of travel.Do I miss something ?Thank you very much for your help !

Hey I plan an inter rail trip this summer in North Europe, starting from France. I want to visit at least Stockholm Oslo Copenhaguen Berlin Amsterdam  i heard that one you « visited » a country you cannot come back to it with the inter rail pass. Is it true?I’ll ne to co from Copenhaguen to Sweden to be able to go to Oslo, and them I’ll need to go back to Sweden to go back home in France.  thanks a lot for your answer! Johanna

When I buy a one country pass (for Germany) without a set time period of one or two months, do I have to use all of my travel days in one row or can I use them independantly? 

I have activated my eurail global pass, but every time I try to make reservations on the eurail website the page will not load. On the rare occasion that it does load there are often no prices listed and I cannot add tickets to my cart. I can see the train routes and prices that I am looking for on the app. Is this an issue with the eurail website and is there a way to fix it?

Unfortunately my telephone fell in the water. On it was my mobile pass for eurail for this summer. Now I can not install the mobile pass on a different device. When I try I get the message it is not possible since it is already installed on a different device (the broken telephone). What to do? How can I install the mobile pass on a different telephone? The trave period is not started yet. The pass was no fully activated yet. I hope you can help me, Kind regards Marjolijn  

HelloWe organize a trip for 7 people from Paris to Wroclaw in Poland.I would like to get a reservation for an ICE 9557 train from Paris East to Mannheim on August 5, 2002at 7:06 pm.On Rail planner, the reservation is at the price of 16€ per person.But booking is impossible on the website of Interail.eu. It tells us:"Prices temporarily unavailableNo results found in the booking system. Check back in a few hours to see the rates and make this reservation."I went to the Dbahn website.  Booking is impossible. We went to the Gare de Lyon in Paris. Booking for this train is only possible until Saarbruecken.This is the first train of our journey. I don’t know how to do it anymore.Thank you for your helpJean-Luc
