Hi!I have an urgent problem. I bought a new phone for my trip, but the mobile pass is on the old one. I have ready contacten the customer service some days ago but no response. I'm starting my trip tomorrow. Is there a customer service employee who reads this? I have already entered all the stations on my trip but realized that I chose the wrong station in Reims France. I want to leave from a different station in Reims abut cannot figure out how to do this. Can anyone offer a solution? Thank you

I have bought a 2 months-global pass with the youth-discount. Considering that I will turn 27 years on the 21st of August, I was wondering whether this means that I will be able to travel after that 21st of August as long as I activate the pass before that date. Or do I have to finish my travel before I turn 27? Thank you in advance for your clarifications.Matteo.

Hi, i’ve never travelled in train before but i won an interrail pass.I wanted to book a ticket for the night train between Prague Hlvani and Krakow Glowny on wednesday 20th of July at 22:05 but it says “prices are temporarily unavailable”. And when i look at ÖBB website, it also says “ticket not available”. Finaly i looked on DB website and it told me “We are sorry, but we cannot sell your requested journey online”. Maybe the train is full, i just have no idea how this works.Thank you for your answers.

Hi, I hope someone can help me whit this little doubt. I don't understand what does it mean “from N/A” in front of “seat reservations required” into the app, when you search some of routes.  

My kids have the 2nd class flex pass and need to travel to Amsterdam from Mainz on May 26.  The Eurorail website says reservations are avaialble but not required on the 11:42 train tomorrow from Frankfurt to Amsterdamn.  They tried to get a reserved seat using the app but it said none are available. Does this mean passholders can no longer get on this train without reservations.  Or would they have to take a chance to find seats and if so, how likely is this to work.

Hi, I have problem to book seat reservaton in 2 trains. One of them is train going from Warszawa Centralna to Wien Hbf on july 4th and second one is going from Berlin Hbf to Warszawa Centralna on july 15th. In both of the them the reservation is required but inactive. The notification says:‘’Prices unavailableNo price results were found for this connection. It is possible that all pass holder seats are sold out. Please try searching for another connection or check 'More information' and try other ways to book this seat reservation. If no pass holder seats are available anymore you need to buy a separate full fare ticket to board.’’This notification shows on every available train these days. Is there any solution to this problem or I have to buy full fare ticket?

Hi There,Hi have a couple of questions related to adding passes to a trip and make reservation for 2 people:Can I add two passes on my phone for reservation purposes? Can the second traveler add it to his phone in order to “activate” it at a later stage? Can I make reservation for 2 travelers with my phone indicating second traveler informations and if needed pass number? Will this be reflected on his phone when he connect his pass to our trip? Is it mandatory for the second traveler to make his own account to use the pass?For the time being this is all and I thank in advance people available to answer the above.Kind regards,GigiP.S. Trying to get to Hendaye from paris at the beginning of september but the only train available seems to be the Inoui TGV… and I thought that they wouldn’t accept the eurail pass

I am trying to make a train reservation with my interrail pass from Rotterdam to London. First you have to log in. I did that so you can see the what reservations are availlable from ticket holders. The only day (3 june) we need to make a reservation, says they are all €0 and " prices unavaillable".  I know there's a max. Ammount of interrail holders that can make reservations in an Eurostar train. But ALL other days seem to be just fine. Does this mean theres just a bug or something? Or  are we not able anymore to make reservations for that day?. If so, this means we have to buy +€400 worth on Eurostar ticket for 1 train... That's is more then the Interrail ticket itself we bought.  Does anyone know, if this is the case, if we need to buy those tickets, or is it possible to go without reservations & tickets....? Thanks

I am trying to book a reservation for myself and my 2 daughters with my eurail pass- it says that the reservations are not able to be made on eurail.com- how do I get them? We are traveling from Paris to Nice, Nice to Rome, and Rome to Naples (and back to Rome)- on different days….

I am looking to book a couchette for my family in July for the 1am train from zagreb. It indicates it has couchettes as a service but I can't seem to be able to book one. Any ideas??

I am travelling in 1 hour and can’t activate travel day for today 

Hello! A small group I am with and I all bought 1st class Eurail Global passes. Tomorrow, (we’ll actually today since it is almost 2am), we each got mobile tickets to travel from Nord Paris to London. It says that we need a seat reservation but every time I’ve tried to get one it says it’s not available and it could be from being sold out. If that is the case how am I able to have the ticket? When we go to scan our ticket will it not work? Or will we just not have a reserved seat? And if we aren’t going to be allowed to travel, what should I do? I hope this makes sense the way I’m explaining it. Also it said the seat reservation would be free since we were first class, I guess I’m just confused and nervous and not sure what to do. Please help, thank you :)  Kaylee

hi, i already booked the interrail ticket for 2 months and I was planning to activate it the 15 of June, it is possible to book the tickets of each train now and plan the trip without activate it?? so the day I will start the trip I will activate it and I will have directly the tickets?? Hi. I’m Namhyuck Kim from South Korea.Recently I tried to book Eurostar by your system, and you know, it doesn’t work. As a result, I try to reserve the seat in B-eruop website, but they require the cover number. So please send me cover number… The one I want to reserve was already sold out.. it make me really sad..There are a lot of people like me.To solve this question, I wish Eurail company to improve their system by solving error when booking Eurostar by your site reservation system, or changing the booking way in B-europe website to require pass reference not cover number.

Hi My Eurail journey between Genoa and Milan is via Torino.  I have 20 minutes to change stations in Torino between P.Susa to P.Nuova.  Is this enough?  Is the Metro the best option to connect?  As an alternative are there likely to be plenty of taxis available outside P.Susa station around 1:30 pm in the afternoon or will there be long queues?  Any advice from people who have travelled this route would be greatly appreciated.  We will be travelling on a Monday in September.

Hi, I have been trying to book 4 tickets from Paris (Gare de Lyon) to Barcelona-Sants on the 23rd of December (at 10:14 am). Every time I try to checkout to pay, the website tells me that there is an error and that I have to find other options. I tried to book in every train on the same day and on the next day, but still the error message appears. Is there any other way to book those seats?

 I have an Eurail pass and I made ticket reservation from Barcelona to Paris. I paid for my ticket reservation. But I didn´t received the printed tickets. I have to travel in a couple of days and nobody in Eurail is answering to my request.What can I do?

Hey,as I already said, my ticket was forwarded to the postal station after I was not at home during the actual delivery.  When I went to pick it up, it was unfortunately already sent back to the sender. Hi,  around April I had found a route on 09/08/2022 from Amsterdam to Berlin at 22:34 but now it is no longer available.  How can I now that I have also purchased the pass and planned my itinerary?  will they put it back?
