Hello, I’m trying to purchase the Greek Islands Interrail Pass. The thing is that I have a composed last name and it is too long (18 characters) and I can only write 17. I’ve been reading that the important thing is the last name so, what can I do? 

HI everyone, I am new in this community and I get a global pass for 30 days in promotion of the 50th anniversary of interrail, when I bought the vouchers there was information at the time that indicated that it could be used X days in the first month, and later other X days in the second month, up to a maximum of the first 3 months from the activation of the global pass. My doubt is if this is real, since a few days after acquiring the global pass and disappearing the 50th anniversary promo I have not seen that information again to try to clarify my doubts, that's why I ask the community to confirm if that exists or on the contrary, the 1-month bonus purchased with the 50th anniversary promo can only be used for 1 month from the activation of the same global pass. Thank you.

Cannot activate my pass. Similar to many others users here.Note thatuse latest version of app already turn on enable error loggin i would to travel on this friday 28 may. order number is eu30635299 and #XC62V1 if too difficult, can i simply activate manually at train station ? see error msg below. Yr kind support is appropriated.   

I’ve been to Rome, Florence. Would like to go to Venice. Is it easy to get the train from Rome airport to Venice and return? Coming from US to Rome RT and first time taking the train across Italy. Any suggestions for Venice in mid/late July? 

I bought a 15 days in two months mobile pass that shows up as continuous 15 days from activation as opposed to two months for use during 15 days.

Hi, we are interrailing this summer and want to make seat reservations from Basel to Milano and from Milano to Florence. But for the last couple of days this is not possible, we tried the Interrail website, Interrail app and DB website. Any clue / help?

Hi All,It is my first time travelling with interrail and I am planning to purchase ticket fro me and my fiancé for the travel during this december (2021) Our plan is to arrive from Ukraine to Paris and same day take a TGV to Strasbourg. ( arrival to CDG 12:10, departure from Gare de L'Est 15:00)I noticed that for all TGV you need to reserve in advance, and better to reserve early, however have to reserve no later than 3 hours before departure ( meaning 12:00 )We are a bit worried Since during covid 19 we had many plans that have changed last minute ( the airline did not allow to board, the customs did not allow to enter the country ( happened to us in Turkey when flying to USA). We have checked all travel restrictions, it should be fine, but we never know and always worried until we land. Therefore, I would like to clarify the refund policy, since it is written that i can only refund the pass if it has not been activated, however, in order to make reservation - i do need to activate it

Hello,  I have been trying to book a train for a week now, but there is always this error message “prices temporarily unavailable” and it tells me to come back in a few hours to check the prices. However it’s been a week and I need to be able to book something 

Hello the community,I bought a global pass, paper one. But I never received it. I am trying to contact by e-mail, messenger and twitter interrail but I never had any answer.Does anyone has a solution or a phone number to solve this problem?I plan to go in 10 days.Thank you for your help Ludi 

I just bought a Eurail 15 days in 2 months Pass and was trying to book seat reservations. I will be arriving in Paris on May 31st and my first train is on June 1st from paris to Lyon, which is why I really want to book my reservations online, not in person.I have tried multiple times, and many different routes, but I keep getting the same error message. It says:  “please find an alternate connection, the unavailable leg will be removed from your cart”. This message pops up no matter the route or time I try.I also tried to book through the travel.b.europe website, however, I need a pass cover number for that, and I have a digital pass. I do not want to risk booking the ticket the day of arrival so I don’t know how this can be fixed. The trains I plan to take which need a reservation are the following: Paris Gare de lyon- Lyon Part Dieu: June 1, 2022    12:50-14:36Lyon Part Dieu – Milano Centrale: June 2, 2022  10:38-17:40Milano Centrale- Firenze S.M.N: June 8, 2022 10:10-12:04Bruxelles

Hi, on interrail.eu there was a very helpful subpage (https://www.interrail.eu/de/plan-your-trip/trains-europe) where you could find a lot of information about reservation fees, how to book them and some general tips split up by country. Apparently this subpage has been removed recently? About two weeks ago it was still there but now it is nowhere to be found.  Does anyone know if the removed it completely or if they just moved it to somewhere else?

Can I book seats next to my wife with our separate interrail passes?

Hi there,12 days ago, I requested an exchange, but I did not get any respond yet, nor did I get refunded the money. I do not know how to get in contact with the service, so I decided to ask for help here. How long does it usually take till the money for an exchange is paid back? I don't want to look impatient. I just don't know how long it usually takes, so I don't know what time-range to expect before having the money back.Tanks in advance! 

For the last 45 days I'm trying to book reservations for Narbonne - Barcelona on July 30th. But reservations are NEVER available. Now it says that the tickets are sold out, which seems odd, as they were never really available to buy.Is this correct? Or maybe reservations will be available some time later?Any help is welcome. Me and my friend are planning to got on a trip in August. We have read that there are seat reservations required for some trains. We are wondering how early we have to make these. Is it enough to book the reservations 1 - 3 days before using the train or do they need to be booked a month in advance or something like that?Thanks for your help!

Hi,I am trying to book a ticket two weeks away in Norway, I live in the states. Whenever I try to book I get the message that my tickets would take to long to ship, and I need to provide a European address. When I provide the address off my hotel in Norway, it still gives me the same message. Is it possible to change the option to have my reservations emailed so I can print them myself? I hear of this option, but I cannot seem to locate it. Help! 

Hello,my girlfriend and me want to make a trip to Avignon. I’m using an Interrail ticket, she just needs a ticket back to Hamburg, so she just book one normal ticket via the DB App. (She will travel to France two weeks before me with her parents and their car, thats why she just needs one ticket back)Now for the ICE from Karlsruhe to Hamburg she can choose a Seat and I will book the Seat next to her via the DB App. But how do we do that for the TGV from Avignon to Karlsruhe? We never traveled to France via train, so we have absolutely no idea, how we’re able to book two seats next to each other. There seems to be no Option to choose a seat in the TGV.Hope there is any way to make that work. Thanks for your Help!

Hi guys, I will be travelling with my girlfriend in July and August. We are currently planing our route and will be starting in Santiago de Compostela. We want to visit Vigo, Porto, Lisbon, Faro, Seville, Madrid and Barcelona. On the interrail app it says seat reservations are required for nearly all of them. How and where do I book the seat reservations?

What date is my inbound journey, when I use the Nighttrain Snalltaget from Malmö to Berlin on July, 2nd (departure in Malmön at 22:10 and arrival in Berlin at 08:58 next day) and I have to change the train in Berlin on July, 3rd, to come to my finally station (Bamberg)? The last station outside of Germany is Kopenhagen on July, 2nd at 23:06. Can I use the inbound journey for July, 3rd (its a 15 days in 2 months paper pass)?

I can’t reserve any seats on any trains to split in July, are they all gone ?

I’m trying to save a journey to my trip on the Eurail Planner app as I have a mobile pass but there’s one specific journey that it wont let me save. I want to save the trip from Penzance to Cheltenham Spa in the UK May 17th. It comes up when I search it but when I press save journey it says it saved but it doesn’t show up in my trip. I even tried entering the information manually and nothing shows up from that as well. It lets me save the journey on the 16th, but it wont let me save any journey to my account for the 17th of May. Was wondering if theres anything I can do to fix this glitch? Thanks and let me know!

Hi Everyone,I’m from Australia and new to the Eurail and Global Pass experience. I am about to set and purchase my Pass but there’s one thing that may make a difference to which one I get.With a Global Pass, are you able to make mutiple trips in One Country? I.E: I want to go to Manchester from London, then return to London the following day before I head off to Paris.Would that be covered with a Global Pass?

Hey, I want to take the nightjet from Rome Termini to Villach Hbf (first connection on the pic) on on Wednesday 25.05. at 20:17. The Railplanner App says I do not need reservations for that train, but usually you need reservations for all night trains. What do I do? Do I try to book who via the ÖBB webpage? Or do I not book and show them the screenshot showing that the app didn't ask me to book when they ask?
