Hello,I’m trying to book a trip with a 3-day pass for France. I got this message. Anybody knows why, what I could do? I tried to get an answer via the Chatrobot, but got stuck in a loop.Thank you! Ester

I’ve just bought my pass but I won’t be travelling until August 2027.  When should I link the pass to the app.  I don’t want to activate the pass now.

I would like to know if the pass, in addition to including train tickets, also covers accommodation in the cities you plan to visit during your Interrail trip.

Traveling first time from Kuwait to France and zurich, can I purchase Interrail pass and use

Hi,i am planning a trip to Bosnia Herzegowina in next summer and thinking about buying a global pass for one month in the actual sale.Had anybody made a trip with interrail in Bosnia Herzegowina?I am not sure, if there are enough possibilities to go by train or if busses are the first option to travel.I am looking forward to hear about your expieriencewarm regards Susanna

We are planning a trip around France and Spain. Is it worth paying for the upgrade to a 1st class ticket? Will we be able to use Eurostar Premier? and other first class options? Does anyone have any positive or negative experiences of this? Thanks

Hey everyone I am now in Brasov in Romania. Is there someone who will drive along the Transfăgărășan next week (between September 29, 2026 and October 3, 2026) ?I would love to travel on this road. In have no car. As far as I know there are no buses. The direction Pitești - Cartasoara is my favourite choice. In the ideal situation I am looking for shared transport in order to share the cost.Thankfully Axel https://axel.reislogger.nl/barabar-express/kaarthttps://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Transf%C4%83g%C4%83r%C4%83%C8%99an

Hello! New here! I’m planning my interrail trip with my husband and we’re trying to figure out how to go from Rome to Paris but we can’t, can anyone help? Our idea is Rome-Paris-London! Thank you in advance for your help

I have some trips booked with reservations to pay. How do I do this?

Hi. We had a flight from Athens to Bari which was 2 hours late, so we missed our train at 2:10 PM. We had purchased reserved tickets through the Interrail app. Can we get a refund for the reserved tickets?

We are looking at a months interailing next summer departing United Kingdom and travelling around Central Europe ( France, Switzerland, Austria, Northern Italy ) and were wondering if it would be more beneficial to purchase a 1st class ticket as opposed to a second class ticket. Not sure how reservation costs differ between 1st and 2nd class and whether that added bit of luxury coming with 1st Class will outweigh the difference in cost between the two passes. Having already completed 2 2nd Class month Interail passes in the past we were thinking it might be a bit of fun to try a 1st Class one this time. Would be good to know what the benefits of travelling 1st Class on European trains are. Any thoughts would be much appreciated. Thank you.

I live in UK. Am I correct in thinking that the 2 days’ use of a pass in your home country are unrestricted - i.e. they do not necessarily need to start or end at St Pancras International for example and that they are not connected to your ‘home’ address. Neither do they necessarily need to be at the start and end of the pass’ validity? The reason I ask is because I live in Portsmouth but want to start my journey into Europe from Plymouth and complete the trip in Inverness. Both will be accomplished within the 2 day limit. Thanks in advance

Hello, just wondering if I have global pass for 1 month , can I travel with this pass multiple times in one country , but not the same day . thank you

Does linking my pass to a trip activate it?

Quero cancelar o reembolso e continuar com meu bilhete mensal

Hi, I need a cover number so I can make train reservations. Can it start by IN and be followed by 8 digit numbers ? That’s what I received in a mail from interrail just after I paid for my interrail. But ot doesnt satisfy Deutsche Bahn...

I need 10 minutes transfer time between trains and the filter doesn’t seem to show on my phone although it works on the website.  The trains I’m booking for don’t need reservations so if I get. a later train at connection will my ticket still be valid?

Does my 1st journey on the pass need to be from my home country?

Hi everyone, I would like to know what is the number and the company are for the reservation of the night train from Budapest to Bucharest and how to do a reservation with beds included. Is it worth it to buy the Interrail pass if I only want to visit these two countries? I would like to know the prices and how the experience was. Thank you sm!

HelloI travel on Saturday morning (26SEP).First time user of a mobile pass.Weird issue. This morning I purchased a 7D/1M Senior Global Pass, to start from 26SEP.I successfully added it to the IR Planner app on my ipad. I could also view it on my phone. All good. This a/noon I purchased a 4D/1M Senior Global pass for my wife and successfully added it to my own my IR app, but on the phone. There was a technical glitch on my ipad, so I  couldn't do it. Also with 26SEP start date.PROBLEM My pass is still accessible, usable and ready to go  (no trains booked yet) on my ipad. My wife’s does not appear. However, on my phone, my wife’s app is visible and ready to go. But mine has disappeared. But also showing (which was not displayed before) is my EXPIRED 2024 IR Pass!I have logged  out and back in again on the phone, but do not want to refresh it on my ipad in case mine disappears from there.Does anyone have any thoughts please?Thank you.Mikerid

Last year, I found that Eurostar reservations were no longer available for my desired dates. Now I’m in a dilemma:I don’t want that to happen again, so I’d like to book the reservations as soon as possible. At the same time, though, I’d prefer to wait for any Interrail promo — but I’d like to secure my Eurostar reservations now for late April 2027 (yes, I know it’s far away...)These reservations are already available on b-europe (but I don’t have an Interrail pass yet, so I can’t proceed). My question is:Is it certain that these reservations on b-europe are valid? The train connection itself for end of April is already bookable on Eurostar.
