just wondering if anyone has any advise on how to book onto a train from Budapest to Zagreb in July as all the seat reservations have sold out and to buy a ticket online seems very difficult due to a changing of countries. any advise would be appreciated. 

Hi,As it seem to be almost impossible to reserve seats in France and Spain, either it is not possible, or it is, or its just sent by post, how much time is needed to reserve in person?For example, if I arrive in Perpignan the 15th June, will I most likely? be able to book reservation on a train from Perpignan to Zaragoza the 17th?(SNCF) I mean, that's almost 2 days from I arrive in Perpignan, till I leave. Before Perpignan, I will be in Strasbourg for one night (14th-15th), if I go to the ticket office there (14th), will I be able to book reservations there? now its 3 days before?  is it not enough time? who are all these people booking up all reservations, in person! all over Europe? :))) Im traveling with a small dog, so its making me a little bit extra stressed over the situation.

Hello All!I hope this reaches you all well :). Two quick but very important questions: How can one reliably get paper tickets (in the case when e-tickets aren’t available) when they do not have an address to receive them (I am not in one place for more than 2-3 nights as a traveller/backpacker)? I’ve seen some suggestions in my searches, but wanted to solidify my understanding of the issue/solutions, because it seems so counter-intuitive to the proposed freedom and flexibility of a Eurail/Interrail pass.  I say 'reliably' because getting paper tickets at train stations as a foreigner seems complicated (e.g., which company or station must I go to, will we be able to converse in the same language effectively?), and more importantly it puts me at risk of trying to book a train too late (e.g., I show up and it's full). Another option I saw recommended: searching through various providers and then calling them. Again, doing this chasing, then maybe waiting on hold, just to get an e-ticket

Hello fellow travellers!I am trying to book the night jet from Zagreb - Split on the 25th of June. I cannot manage to find the prize for the seat reservation or how to book it. Tried with Bahn.de and so on. I looked up previous questions here in the community, and is it correct that this seat reservation can only be made on a Croatian train station? What do you think, should I be worried that the train will be fully booked? Is there any other way for me to secure my seat reservation?Thank you so much for taking your time :)//Sanna

Hi, Last month I bought an Interrail 2 monthly pass. I want to learn an information about it. Is it valid for any 2 months of year or consecutive 2 months of year? I hoped to use it at various months but when I submitted my pass on app, I saw 60 days. 

Hello. I just had an absolutely terrible experience using Rail Europe. I purchased a ticket about two months back and have the app where the confirmation email says my tickets are. I clicked view ticket on the app and no QR code appears for the conductor to scan. The conductor would not accept my ticket without this code even though I paid for the ticket. She charged me for another ticket that was much more expensive and was very rude to me about not having the QR code for her to scan. Rail Europe can you help me with this? I need to be refunded as I already purchased the ticket with you guys. 

Hi, We are a family from Sweden with two younger kids and a little dog.  We would like to experice the night train through Germany to Swizzerland, and continue from there to our destination Sicily. Are there any night train with sleepers between Hamburg and Munich? so far jag have seen for example ICE1689, but there is no sleepers on that train, is that right? Again,  Duisburg till Basel, NJ 403, the price for a coach/ person is 159 Euro, is this possble? even with a interral pass? or am i searching in a wrong way? I have booked trips for two people, ordered seat reservations etc. Everything is in place for our journey which starts in July. I have realised that my iphone is becoming unreliable and I need to replace it. I need to transfer my Interrail pass and all the information on it to a new iphone. How is this done?ThanksRob

Is rail planner compulsory for travelling i have eurrail pass i have seat reservation tickets and pass activated qr code but didnt added journey in rail planner app will i be in problem

I plan to travel through Denmark, Sweden and Norway.  The Eurail site recommended I buy a Scandinavian Pass for 5 days which I have done.  When planning my trip it comes up with “conditions apply” for the train trips crossing borders between countries.  It says to “check the travel info section” for these conditions.  I cannot find any reference to the “conditions” and if my pass will in fact allow this travel.  Can any one give me peace of mind and a) confirm I can travel across borders with this pass and b) what these conditions are that apply?  Thanks in advance! I have a flexible mobile Eurail pass and have been trying to add my trips for each availability day on tje pass.  The app is not working.  Has anyone else had this problem?  The only possible way it might work is to edit trip and add a cover number for a paper pass.  i have spent at least 30 hours on this and am very frustrated. If I can’t fix it today. I will return pass and buy seats. Unfortunately many of the legs I reserved are no longer available.

However when we searched train times from spain to Portugal it said "we cant find any train times that match your search". Does this mean that its not possible to take trains from spain to portugal. And in thata case where do we have to travel from to get to Portugal. We want to travel to the cities Faro, Lisboa and Porto

Hello! Im trying to book a high speed train from paris-barcelona but when i get to the checkout i get paper ticket only delivered by post? And i also can’t check out after writing my post adress details so I'm not sure what to do. I also tried to book reservations on the sncb website but i can't find where to put in interrail pass as a discount. (Me and my friend bought the interrail paper passes)

Hi fellow interrailers,I’ve bought a 1 month continuous mobile pass and planning to take the trip from Vienna - Innsbruck. The trains goes through Germany without stopping for a small patch of the journey (Salzburg - Kufstein).I’ve seen some threads here mentioning this as just a corridor which won’t be counted as inbound/outbound journey in the home country. But, as I have a mobile pass, will it also consider this corridor exception? If not, what are the other option?I know I can take a different train to travel through Salzburg - Kufstein. Or even buy a ticket for this part of the journey to remain in the same train. But, other ideas would be appreciated.Thanks :)

Good evening, in 2020 I won a paper interrail pass but I couldn't use it due to the covid. Last year I was sent a digital one which I put in the Interrail app. I am trying to make a reservation for a train in France from travel-b and I am asking for the cover pass number. The digital pass does not have this type of code but the paper one of 2020 does. Can I insert the one of 2020? Is it the same pass from 2021 but in paper format? Because otherwise I don't know what code to enter in travel-b

Hello,I’m looking to make a train reservation for two travellers on 12.6 from Barcelona to Paris. Specifically the TGV 9708 at 9:10. However, when I go to make the reservation, they say they will not ship it to me because it will take too long to deliver by post. I tried going on the SNCF page for tickets, but I wasn’t able to find a place to use the Eurail Pass on the website. Any help would be appreciated. I looked at the seewulf post, but it didn’t seem to have anything for the SNCF site. Also, I’m in Germany. Tried going to my local DB station, but they just looked at me blankly and said there was nothing they could do. I also tried calling 0033 18494 3635 (which I think is SNCF) and they said, no the website is wrong, we can’t help you. So, I’m kind of at a loss, do I just show up early day of and try to get a ticket at the train station?

Trying to book trains in Italy in the middle of July (Venezia - La Spezia 16/7 and Genoa - Zürich 21/7) but I just get the following message. It was the same when I tried to book a few days ago. Are we too late?“Prices temporarily unavailableCheck back in a few hours to see prices and book this seat reservation.”

Hey:)We’d like to do seat reservations for Italy but some trains aren’t working.We already tried it on other bookingsites.We’re traveling from august 3rd to august 8th, are we already too late for bookings?Any ideas how to fix the problem? 

In between I came back to Holland (by plane). How does it work when I continue my trip: I check in with my regular ‘train checkin card (ov chip card))  to the border, but how do I find the exact border station and then I probably have to go off the train to check out (in Holland)? Or better to buy a ticket so I don’t have to check out...Biggest change is I go to England. Which station is the border station...Any advice / your experience is welcome. Thank you,

I was trying to find a way to get from Budapest to Greece, but on the app, no train stations appear.I tried to follow the tip from "MartinM" on a previous thread (Q: "Budapest to Bucharest, then the train from Bucharest to Sofia and then take a bus to Saloniki (20-25 euro) and then continue by train to Athens." U.), but no trains show from Budapest to Bucharest.Can someone suggest a route? Should I book this in a different platform?Thanks!

Is it possible to get a refund for a 50% off anniversary promotional pass (received from voucher code) purchased with Plus? I read online that "Plus is only available during promotions” but also that "Different rules apply for promo Passes. ​Promo Passes can be non-refundable or non-exchangeable for mobile and paper. Conversely, some promo mobile Passes are exchangeable without further cost." 

Hi! We have plans to travel from Ljubljana to Split on 16th of June, with the morning train that leaves 8.30, has a connection in Zagreb, and arrives in Split at 21.30. These trains require reservations, but we are unable to make them with mobile/online, where can we make the necessary reservations? Any and all help is appreciated! BrArttu & Jemina
