Hello!On the trip from Prague to Budapest it is mandatory to reserve a seat. When I go to make the reservation, it appears that it is mandatory to pay these €9 apart from the €6 for the seat. Can someone explain to me why these €9 are mandatory and what they are for? Once I pay and reserve the seat, how will I receive the reservation ticket and the seat number?Thank you! 

Hello,  I am going on a trip in 2 months with an interrail pass, and I would like to know if it is possible to activate it now (even if I have already reserved some trains on the interrail site), or if it is absolutely necessary to wait for the day of departure  Thanks in advance !

Hello fellow travellers,I´m planing a few trips in the new future and a few trips require a seat reservation. Now to my problem:I bought a mobile pass and I´m using the Interrail Planner app. If i now want to book reservations i have to enter the country I want to travel within and make a reservation. So far so good. Right under the search bar the app asks me to choose wether I have a mobile or paper pass when I choos the mobile pass option and enter a country like the netherlands i get a few options for the major railway companies like DB or DSB but not for the official Interrail website. If I then enter France I only get the option to do the reservation in person but if I choose the paper Pass option I can use the online booking function with Interrail. Can I ignore this differntiation between paper and mobile pass and just book all reservations via the Interrail website or do I have to book all the seats in person? Thanks in advance!

Hello!I am traveling from Ljubljana - Split 16.08.2022.I am going to book a bunk for me to sleep in but as i understand it only let’s me book the sleeping compartment between Ljubljana - Zagreb (1Hours something that takes), where i will be switching trains.As you can see it says the sleeping compartment is only between Ljubljana and Zagreb, which is not worth 160€, i wonder if the next train i will be taking from Zagreb - Split have any bed compartments and in that case does the “Bed reservation” from Ljubljana - Zagreb train cover this train also?As you can see here it only says “Ticket not available” So my question is does this train have beds and is that covered from the previous train or do i have to book this train somehow or what?Thank you! 

I'm trying to pay for reservations for a trip, I have added them all to a cart, but when I complete the "traveller details the "review your order" button isn't working to take me to the next session. I have using a new browser and re adding them all to my basket. Any help? 

I start travelling next week and the date of birth on my pass is incorrect. My friend ordered two passes one for me and one for him, but the date of birth on my pass is incorrectly the same as his. I have contacted customer support but need answers quickly, should I try refund the pass and get a new one? This depends how quick passes are refunded. Or how can I change the date of birth? This is URGENT!

Me and one other person are trying to reserve seats from Lille to Toulouse, however when I find one of the few seat reservations available on the website once we get to the end of the purchase process the message “please find an alternate connection, the unavailable leg will be removed from your cart” pops up and i cant reserve the seat, this constantly happens and most of the reservations on the interrail website say say ‘prices unavailable’ in red. Anyone know why this is?

Hello,  My friend and I are travelling in Europe next week. We purchased the 5 day mobile travel pass. Here is our itinerary: London to Paris 6/10Paris to Nice 6/13Nice to Milan 6/17Milan to Rome (found tickets and seat reservation complete) We are unable to find any available tickets for the first three trips. These all require seat reservations and we are unsure if these are required or sold out or how to go about this. Are we able to purchase these seats at the desk or will they be sold out by then? Any insight and advice will be helpful as this is our first time travelling in Europe. Thanks!

Hello community,I really need your help, I’ve been patient but it’s been several months that I’m trying to book trains via https://www.interrail.eu/.For the last three trains, the error message has changed recently and is now :“Prices unavailableNo price results were found for this connection. It is possible that all pass holder seats are sold out. Please try searching for another connection or check 'More information' and try other ways to book this seat reservation. If no pass holder seats are available anymore you need to buy a separate full fare ticket to board.”Those trains are : - Zurich to Prague : 2022/23/07 (21h40 - 10h57+1 day)- Bratislava to Budapest : 2022/29/07 (17h05 - 19h34)- Budapest to Balatonszentgyoergy : 2022/08/02 (16h42 - 18h57)I’ve tried on companies website, calling train services but I’ve achieved nothing yet and I’m afraid everything’s gonna be full soon.That’s my honeymoon, I’ll be so sad to canceled it.Can you guide me throught this ? I’m completely clueless

Booking one leg of a night train trip on travel.b-europe.com (15 June from Toulouse Matabiou to Narbonne), but it's saying that my pass number is invalid. I have a mobile Eurail global pass. It does not say how to find my pass number on a mobile pass (just a paper pass). How can I book these tickets, please? I cannot do them in person (as I am in the US). I cannot do them on the Eurail site, as it is saying the tickets are unavailable to be booked. Please help. Thanks!

It’s the first time I’m doing interrail and I’ve found out some problems that are driving me crazy. In some trains that DO need reservation, I cannot do it because it says “reservation unavailable”. I am writing down the concrete trains and dates so it is easier for you to help me.  30/07/2022. Zagreb Glavni Kol 18:40 → Ljubljana 20:5431/07/2022. Ljubljana 21:10 → Villach HBF 22:49 I have already seen the same problem with other trains in which the reservation is not mandatory, so I think it’s not such a big deal in those cases. But I am really worried about the trains I’ve written down before. I hope you guys could help me.Thank u so much!!!!!!

Where can I buy the Greek 4 Islands pass in France ? Will i have the pass quicly to do reservations ? Is this pass only valid from Athenes or can it start for exemple in Mykonos where my flight arrives (the documenation who is maybe wrong says : Starting point is Pireaus port"?? Is it also valid for highspeeds from the blue star ferries or hellenic seaways ? Thanks in advance for your answers.

Dear Interrail-Team, we urgently need a Pass Cover Number for our son. We are not able to book a seat reservation for him in France. It is not possible at our train station in Germany and it is not possible via the Eurail Website.Therefor we would need the Pass Cover Number and I would ask you to send us the number. It would be so helpful if you could send us this pass Cover number. I could send you all the mobile pass numbers directly!Best regardsPeter

I have one trip (in a few days)  arranged using my mobile pass. All in order, Eurostar reservations etc. But I want to arrange a SECOND trip in July. For this 2nd trip I have my Eurostar reservation. No matter how I do this (set up a trip first then select trains, or the other way round) it ONLY offers me the chance to link this 2nd trip to a PAPER Eurail pass. The only way I can link it to the MOBILE pass is if I add it to the pre-existing 1st trip - and THEN it tells me that I’ve used up my ‘out/in’ options and will have to book a train ticket separately within the UK. Am I totally misunderstanding how this works? I want to make MULTIPLE, unconnected, totally separate return trips, within the 3 months validity of my (1st class) Eurail pass. Is this actually possible?

Hi there, I ordered my tickets during the sale and put the two names the same (in my travel companion’s name !) and not one in my name. I emailed customer services straight away and have also tried to contact them via the forums - to no avail. I have sent two emails and tried to call - I understand they are dealing with a lot of requests but I thought I would have heard back after a month. I booked the tickets almost 4 weeks ago and would like the resolved soon if possible so that we can travel soon! Every time I open the app it crashes within 2 seconds, I have tried updating the app, updating my phone and deleting the app and every time I open it it crashes in 2 seconds. I have tried everything and I can’t seem to get it working. Has anyone experienced this or have any ideas to fix it? Would be much appreciated 

 Hello! I’ve been having a hard time using both the Eurail website, as well as their mobile app. I am finally seeing trains schedules for my travel days this month, and many of my needed trains say “seat reservations required.” However, when I go to reserve seats, it won’t let me. It says I cannot book reservations online, and I can do it alternatively in person. I am worried about trains being fully booked, and being unable to travel to my destinations on time. Does anyone know if it’s risky to book the trains that say “seat reservations required” day of, and in person? Or, does anyone know a work around for how to actually book these seats in advance?  Any advice is much appreciated, thank you! 

I purchased a Eurail Global Mobile pass a couple days ago. I’m trying to book some ferries in Greece and need my pass cover number but cannot find it. Can anyone help?

I cannot activate my eurail pass to travel in Spain. And I need to use it to make a reservation within 15 hours.I have already checked that my application is update. I have already checked this process and it doesn’t work. Go to More > Settings, scroll to the bottom and enable error logging. That won't solve your problem directly but should generate logs for customer support.  

Hello, I have a questionI bought a eurail pass of class 2 for any 7 days in a month. When I was traveling in Italy and needed to book a seat, I couldn't find a reservation for class 2, so I could only book class 1. May I have a first class seat? if not what should i do?

Help. I’m trying to add my wife and myself as travelers to a trip. I run into two problems when inputting the paper pass details.Eurail B.V. is not listed on the Issuer drop down list. I selected DISCOVEREU TRAVEL PASS (CIV 9901)  Pass Cover Number returns an error. PASS COVER NUMBER DOESN’T LOOK RIGHTI’m looking to make reservations but can’t if I can’t add travelers. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks   

Hi everyone - I have a digital pass and can see that I will probably be asked to provide a pass cover number when booking at local train stations. Has anyone booked trains with their digital pass in Spain recently ? Have there been any difficulties with the digital pass?  Also I’ve asked Interrail customer service for mine - has anyone had any success contacting?
