Hi - I am trying to book a seat via the Interrail site on a train from Warsaw to Krakow at 11.08 on 18th October. When I select the journey there is no button to add a reservation to my cart. I am on the Interrail website and logged in. Does anyone know what I’m doing wrong?

We are looking to travel to France from Yorkshire in march - first question when should I buy my interail pass, im a bit confused re activating the pass do I do this when I’m booking my journey.we are travelling from Yorkshire on LNER then Eurostar to Paris then down to Thonon in the Alps all trains look as if I need to book seats I’m thinking the pass plus would be worth it does anyone have any experience of this thany upu 

The first leg of my journey involves a Eurocity direct train from Amsterdam Zuid to Bruxelles-Midi. When I looked on NS International it looks like this train could sell out but with my pass I should be able to get on this train without purchasing a separate ticket? Because there are no seat reservations how can I make sure I have a seat on this train?I have added it to my trip on the Interrail app but I don’t see any ticket generated and I am not sure what to do. When changing trains, it may be possible to catch an earlier train which is late. In this case it is not possible to add the train, which is late, to the pass because the regular departure time of this train is earlier than the the arrival time of the first train.In this case:I disable the first train from the pass in order to add te second (late) train to the pass. But then the statistics are incorrect. I add the second train manually to the pass. But only if I have time before the ticket control.is there another possibility to solve this problem?

Hi All,  I am due to use a 5 day global pass with my kids at Xmas ( 20th to 27th ) and my question was about whether people buy tickets via the Interrail App or not.  Do you go to the train provider instead ?  If so , what is the App mainly used for ?   Thank you in advance

Hi everyone … My wife & I are considering an interrail trip next May. We'll probably try to decide by tomorrow so we can buy half price passes in the sale. The global one month pass looks great value. Does anyone know of a website or app that will give details of easily-accessible campsites, reasonably near to stations? We haven't planned even a vague itinerary yet but possibly Scandinavia, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, & Greece would be included. We have a good small backpackers tent but you do need to bring lots of add-ons when camping, so would it perhaps be better to pack less & pay more? Is it useful to bring sleeping bags, maybe to use in hostels? Thanks

Hello. I have a question about the Warsaw–Rosenheim route (October 1, 19:52, IC407). Since it is a night train, can I sleep on board with an Interrail pass, or will I have to sit up? If I can sleep there, how much is the surcharge, and where can I pay for it? Which website should I use?

Hi, I would like to confirm that both pass are one and the same.I bought an Interrail Global pass after checking that it is okay for an Australian to use this pass but AI said that I bought the incorrect pass and should buy the Eurail Global pass for a non EU citizen. Hi, In March, April and May I’m planning a 3 months interrail trip in Northern Europe. Winter and Spring weather.Starting in the Netherlands to Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Norway and maybe even Iceland. In March it wil probably still be cold in Northern Finland and Norway. But in May it probably will be warmer in South Norway.  Different weather in 1 trip with only that much I can carry, especially with 30 different little public transport trips.  Does anyone has some advice about what bag, jackets and clothes I should bring? thanks in advance,Raf 

How can I get a German pass on paper.

Hy everyone, we are planning to visit Norway next summer and would like to know how to book only seat reservations from Oslo to Bergen train. On the Inter rail planner is stated that seats are free with a 1st class pass but in reality on www.vy.no site you can only buy tickets with seat reservation and not book the seats by free. Is anyone informed how it works? Many thanks

If i buy a Global Pass for 4 Persons together, do i get a Code for each person? Perhaps we will travel on different days. Or do i have to buy it in 4 different transactions?

Is it possible to use NS flex dal vrij within the Netherlands, and interrail from the border of the Netherlands into Germany or Belgium?I see this was discussed on the blog 3+ years ago, but the NSI pages have since changed. I have dal vrij, have been instructed by NSI that I need to purchase an intl ticket with 100% korting for every time I want to leave the country (which of course does not make sense, as then I only pay for the foreign part of the trip where the interrail pass is actually valid)?Is there any documentation or proof that one does not need to check in, or any way to approach this situation?Thanks very much.

Hi - I have purchased my 2 traveller passes , it’s visible on the website but I want to add both to the app. Although chatbot suggests I can do this by clicking on the + this isn’t working. Any help would be gratefully received. In addition, now that the website seems to be updated, do we have to use the planner app?
