I just reserved my seat for Brussels Midi - Paris Nord (eurostar) on the B-europe (sncb international website) using my eurail code. On the app it didn’t register as a travel day, do I have to manually make that day a travel day? Or do I leave it how it is
I am a resident of Italy. I have a 4-days-in-one-month Global Pass; if I take the train from Milano Centrale to Paris, is it considered an outbound journey? Does the leg in France count as one of the pass's four travel days or not?
Hi, 2 adults and 2 children with flexi tickets. would like to travel from Newark UK to London Kings Cross, then walk over the road to St Pancras and get the train to Paris Nord. Then the reverse on our return. I have been told by Interrail this is not possible. they have said Paris to London would be the inbound, so cannot then go from King’s Cross to Newark. They said it would use 2 travel days ( it is all within 1 day midnight to midnight) and that I will have to pay separately for King’s Cross to Newark. Yet their email says we can use as many trains as needed to complete our journey, as long as within 1 day. I cannot therefore understand why we cannot go from Newark to KX, then St Pancras to Paris as one out bound, then the reverse as our 1 inbound. can someone please explain???is it because we change stations in London? so they think we are stopping off in London? or is the advice they have given wrong. many thanks in advance
Hi everyone,I'm a software engineer based here in Linz and a huge fan of the ÖBB Nightjet network. I kept finding it frustrating to track price changes and availability for my own trips, so I built a small tool to automate the price checking for me.It’s a personal project, but I’ve cleaned it up enough that I think it could save others some time, especially when planning multi-city routes. You can access the live preview https://refactored-invention-sigma.vercel.app/.. . Please note this is currently hosted on Vercel’s deployment environment while I finalize the custom domainI’m not selling anything. Just trying to make rail travel a bit less of a headache. If you have any feedback on routes that aren't showing up correctly or features you’d love to see (like price alerts), let me know. Happy to hear your thoughts!
My girlfriend has booked my seat reservations but I can’t see them on my account even though I have imported the trip plan she made. Where can I see my bookings?
Hi all. I'm worried about sometimes only having 5 minutes between interchange trains. If a bought a ticket from Zermatt to Interlaken but for example the train interchange for Visp to Spiez is only 5 minutes do I ignore that and just get on next train.? How does this work with reserved seats and luggage?. Sue 🤗

I am trying to book a seat for the Frecciarossa train Paris-Milan with the method I used successfully for other trains, but this tells me something like “No prices found. Passholders may be sold out on this route, but there are other ways to check availability. You can find more information below our timetable.” On the Trenitalia site there seem to be seats. Anyway I cannot book the seats from here. There are other methods to book the seats?

Hello everyone, my name is Louka. I would like to travel with someone I know, and during the group creation process, we are asked to enter their name and order number, which we have but it doesn't work and gives us an error message saying that the name or order number is incorrect...
Hello, absolute Eurail beginner here. We’re from New Zealand and landing in Munich in January 2027. Hoping to spend 7-10 days seeing Germany by scenic train, Black Forest and up to Berlin, then Amsterdam and over to London, before several weeks in UK & Ireland, with train travel. We like making plans last minute, so don’t want too many locked-in bookings. What’s the best way to travel by train with last minute flexibility - a global pass, some other pass or point-to-point tickets purchased in-country? Advice appreciated.
How to determine the start date of a global pass?
Hi! I have this big doubt regarding a seat reservation, precisely from milano centrale to basel sbb, at the beginning of september: usually people suggest to book on Oebb app, but it says it's not available.I never booked a seat reservation on the official interrail website, because of the extra commissions, but it seems the only solution (beside Happyrail, which I've just discovered and I don't know if it's legit). My concern is not really about the fees: the interrail website requires a pass number, and mine is purchased but not activated yet (i wanted to activate it the day before the departure). So my two questions are:1) If i purchase the seat reservation on official interrail website, logging in with my profile (the same I purchased the pass), will it mean it will activate my pass, already? 2) is happyrail a safe website to book seat reservations? Does it require pass number as well? Thanks to the folks who can help me 💛
Hi, I’m a 27 year old girl who loves to travel and I’ve always wanted to do a Interrail trip. Since I’m not as young as I used to be and right now i’s the perfect time for me to finally do it, I’ve started to plan and organize the optional routes recently after looking for all sorts of videos and information I could find. My goal is to do a backpack trip on my own and my main focuses are be in places I haven’t been, art museums and nature. I do like history museums or historic places too. I always wanted to go to Florencia to see some of my favorite art and the city itself so I figured I could start there and since I’m from Mallorca, an island in Spain, I have to get on a plane or a really long boat trip to go anywhere anyway. My route for now is at least 2 days in Florencia (Italy), then going around Trento/Bolzano area where I could just stay for some hours or maybe stay one night in a hostel. Then, Innsbruck (Austria) for at least a day, maybe too, go to lake Achensee and maybe swi
Hi, I’m new in Interrail. I’m traveling to Oslo this coming week and will be having an outbound travel day from the north to the south of NL, near the border picking up my travel companion. 1. Do I have to book a trip to the border? Or to the nearest train station in NL to where my friend lives? 2. How will I see that this trip is booked as one of my 3 Out/Inbound trips? Thanks, Nants
what does Province mean in Traveler details? where you live now? or where you were born?
I purchased two Interrail 4-Day Passes (one for my daughter and one for myself) and activated both on my smartphone. My daughter now needs to use her remaining 2 travel days alone. She is traveling to Paris in two days.Unfortunately, transferring her pass to her phone is not working:Error on her phone: When she enters her last name and pass number, it says "This pass is already being used on another device." Issue on my phone: I cannot delete or deactivate her pass within my Rail Planner app. The "Move pass to another device" function only generates a QR code that redirects to a Google search page. How can I transfer my daughter's pass to her smartphone as quickly as possible? Since her trip is in two days, I would deeply appreciate your urgent assistance!
Hey, I’m an 18 years old guy from Germany that just graduated high school and is now doing is first interrail trip through spain 2026, where I will be visiting Barcelona, Valencia, Madrid & Sevilla. I would like to meet new people there to watch sports together, hike / walk through the cities or do day trips and go to restaurants / bars. If somebody is interested in meeting in one of the above mentioned locations or sharing experiences, my instagram is philipp_s135
Any good ideas what i could use my remaining 2 travel days for. Most likely over a weekend (maybe taking a day or two off to allow for more options)I would start the trip from Karlsruhe (Germany) with regional trains(only have 1 in/outbound day left). For Switzerland and for regional trains in grand est(region of france) i am already covered. One of those days is an in/outbound day. (I kind of have a use for that one already if i want to get home an hour or so quicker ) Any good ideas, i was considering Paris, northern italy or maybe something in Austria.I still have time until 28. July to use them.
